The apartment is new and clean. Host is very friendly and hospitable. Everything is well-prepared. The location is also great, Aeon Mall is nearby and also grocery stores are open on the first floor of the building so you can get anything if needed

I was worried because the apartment's reviews were low, but it's a great apartment that far exceeds my expectations. First of all, the noise from the construction can't be heard at all because the opening of the room is in the opposite direction from the construction.Access to the elevator is easy if you show the key to the staff. The host is also kind and very helpful. Thank you so much.It was the best accommodation.

Second time staying here and as before a nice size apartment and comfortable with everything that is needed.

Kat was so helpful! She made sure we were able to locate the home, that check-in was easy, and that we had all we needed during our stay. She had recommendations for food, transportation and translation services. The home is beautiful and in a quaint little resort area. I would highly recommend Kat and her home.

Located in a small alley near the center, it is easy to get around. Winmart is about 400m away. The place was exactly like the photos, spacious and airy, with a large window and a chill balcony. Bathroom is also large and clean. There is parking space for motorbikes on the first floor. The kitchen has a microwave, so you can reheat takeaways. Some small minus points: - The room is not really soundproof. However it is fairly quiet in the alley. - There should be separate slippers and mat for the bathroom - as the bathroom tiles are slippery, and after we use the room slippers in the bathroom they get wet and take a long time to dry.

I had a wonderful time staying at this abode. Lina's parents were there to welcome me to the house. They did not speak English but we were able to communicate via Google translate so that wasn't an issue. They were really welcoming and hospitable, and made me feel really comfortable during my stay.

Very welcoming homestay, very clean, even got me medicine cause I got sick riding in the rain. Walking distance to the good food, but the air conditioner took a while to cool down the room. Really nice tea and kettle and water was included too.

The boss is a super energetic man, very talkative, will provide a lot of services, the accommodation environment is also very tidy and clean!Coffee and kitchen downstairs are very well equipped, so you can chat together in the living room, you can find friends in your group! Awesome. Awesome.

The place is right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to get around. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing after a day out. It was also a great deal for the price. Highly recommend for anyone visiting.
