Vacation rentals with a patio in Lavaux-Oron District

Roseline is een van de beste hosts die wij ooit gehad hebben. Ze is super vriendelijk en ze laat je helemaal thuis voelen in haar mooie huis. Alles is aanwezig en de keuken kan je volledig gebruiken. We hadden wat kleine problemen met de auto en ze was heel bereidwillig om ons hiermee te helpen. Kortom, mocht je een fijne overnachting zoeken in deze omgeving, kom dan zeker bij Roseline overnachten!

We loved our stay at this apartment. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the lakeside, trains, boats, shops and vineyards. Lovely views over the lake to the mountains beyond. Well furnished and excellent hosts. We would strongly recommend.

Superbe séjour. L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé, la terrasse est énorme et bien orientée même si nous n’en avons pas beaucoup profité à cause du temps. Localisation idéale mais attention si vous êtes en voiture, pas facile de se garer pour le long terme. Le long d’une longue route fréquentée, attention si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé !

Wir haben die schöne Wohnung, die ruhige Lage genossen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir wurden sehr freundlich von Alain empfangen. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und können dieses Wohnung nur empfehlen.

abbiamo soggiornato due notti, appartamento molto funzionale e ben organizzato. L’ambiente è molto pulito e curato. Nella zona centrale di Pully, quartiere molto tranquillo, perfetto per famiglie. Lo consiglio.

Very modern, clean, and charming. For 3 travelers we fit perfectly. Perfect location to hop on and walk the pedestrian vineyard path. Truly a spotless home, towels were so fluffy and the shower was a waterfall with perfect water pressure. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio enjoying the views for most of the time. Pictures don’t do it justice.

Sehr hübsche Wohnung, tolle Küche und grosszügiges Bad. Und erst der lauschige Balkon!!! Perfekt für den Aufenthalt zu zweit! Die Kommunikation mit Romane war sehr einfach und prompt. Wir können sie und ihre Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Un séjour très réussi dans cette maison parfaitement adaptée et bien équipée pour les familles . La maison est trés bien situé dans une magnifique région trés calme avec une vue panoramique et imprenable sur le lac Léman. Très bon accueil et bonne communication vraiment un séjour inoubliable, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Mohamed

L’hôte : Jean-Marie est un hôte très gentil, il connaît l'art de recevoir (cadeau de bienvenue) et est très courtois. Il était à l'écoute et très serviable, tout en respectant notre pivacité.Il nous a assuré de sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. La maison : la vue sur le Leman et les montagnes, à couper le souffle, de jour comme de nuit. La maison est très propre, de nombreuses commodités fort agréables (pavillon indépendant, jacuzzi, sauna, carnotzet, pièce de jeu indépendante). La cuisine est petite mais parfaitement équipée. La literie est impeccable ( même le canapé-lit) et la cheminée bienvenue pour une flambée en soirée (réserve de bois ok). Les linges à disposition de bonne qualité. Le bâtiment est niché dans la pente naturelle du terrain, au calme et à l'abri des regards. Chemin d'accès : Le chemin d'accès est soumis aux contraintes de son environnement (la montagne). Magnifique endroit avec superbe vue, où nous avons passé de très agréables vacances en famille. De nombreuses activités pour tous les âges et tous les goûts à proximité : ski alpin, avec un espace pour les enfants, ski de fond, randonnées hivernales, pistes pour de jolies balades en raquettes... Le chalet est impeccable et très confortable, avec une superbe vue. Marco est un hôte accueillant et réactif. Merci encore pour cette formidable semaine très appréciée !

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Bei schönem Wetter ist der Gartensitzplatz toll. Die Nachbarschaft ist schön ruhig, wenn man etwas erleben möchte ist man schnell zu Fuss am See wo es auch Restaurants gibt. Wir haben unseren 3 tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht bei Maude zu Gast, konnten aber sogar früher einchecken – das hat genauso wie der Check-out reibungslos funktioniert. Am Abend haben wir das Jazz Festival in Cully besucht, was ein tolles Erlebnis war. Besonders empfehlen können wir auch die Weindegustation mit Essensbegleitung bei JC Piccard am Nachmittag. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt – danke, Maude!

We had a beautiful time in Lausanne and enjoyed the journey. The apartment is ideal for families, with plenty of space.

Perfekte Lage, herrliche Aussicht, mit Schnee Garantie (bei uns zumindest) Anfahrt bei Schnee bedingt mit 4- Radantrieb möglich, sonst nur mit Ketten. Wir kamen mit 2 Geländewagen ohne Ketten an das Haus, der Kleinwagen meiner Tochter hätte ohne Ketten keine Chance gehabt. Die Wohnung wirkt sehr aufgeräumt, alles Nötige ist vorhanden, Kontakt zum Besitzer war perfekt! Das einige was zu bemängeln war, ist das 3. Schlafzimmer. dies ist vielleicht für Kinder ok, aber für 2 erwachsene Personen zu klein. Wurde auch so beschrieben..... Wir waren top zufrieden, nur der Preis war im Zeitraum des Jahreswechsel sehr deftig. Wer jedoch unbedingt kurzfristig auf eine Hütte ins neue Jahr reisen möchte, muss halt blechen....... Danke für die schöne Lage und das tolle Chalet, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Sehr schönes Haus, super für eine grosse Gruppe. Sehr ruhige Gegend für perfekte Erholung.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Patricia's apartment, which was super clean and tidy, spacious, bright, quiet, and easy to get to. Patricia was super communicative and responsive, immediately answering any questions we had. She left us treats (bread, eggs and wine) which were a welcome surprise.

We stayed at Les Seracs in Villars for a long weekend during our “Grand Tour” of Europe. Of all the places we stayed in this apartment stood out. It is beautifully designed and the spring sun bathed the balcony and sitting room in sunlight for most of the day. The views are quite majestic. The bedrooms are a good size and very comfortable, there is a choice of a shower or bath and the large well equipped kitchen has all you need and easy to entertain around the large dining room table. It is well located for the village centre (4 mins walk) where you can find excellent restaurants and a good variety of shops, including a well stocked Coop supermarket. The train station and Roc d’ Orsay gondola are also a short walk from the chalet, both providing access to the mountains. We enjoyed our walk at Bretaye and found the beautiful (and delicious!) lakeside restaurant at Lac des Chavonnes. Our host Taline responded to our couple of requests immediately. We highly recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Natalia war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, komfortabel und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig und ideal für unseren Aufenthalt. Natalia war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet hat. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden ihre Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles, Natalia!

Un appartement spacieux tout confort et très bien équipé et encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos! Beau balcon équipé avec vue magnifique. Très bonne communication avec Nicolas.

We had an amazing time in this apartment. Easy to find with convenient parking and simple access. The owners were always quick to respond and super friendly. The apartment is basic but immaculately clean and well equipped, even down to the dishwasher tablets, toilets rolls etc. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and we enjoyed our morning coffees watching the sunrise and evening tipple catching the afternoon sun. You can walk into town for skiing or meals out in 15 minutes or so, the walk back is uphill though so a good workout! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were to return to Leysin!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement et la communication avec Andie est très sympathique! La vue est savoureuse! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Ed est un excellent hôte, la communication a été très facile et son appartement est pratique. la terrasse avec aperçu lac est un plus bien agréable.

Nice small place with great view and terasse. In the end of march when we stayed there, it was a bit cold to sit outside, so we just imagined how good it is in summer.
