No permito fiestas ni botellones. Limpieza perfecta incluida.Mucha luz,barrio tranquilo,metro enfrente,te encantará. Especial para parejas o gente que se examine de examenes, no hay ruido ninguno.Caben 3 personas sin problemas. Wifii. Superequipado. No olvide encender el armario de las botellas de colores.Para aparcar, hay zona verde y azul de pago,alquilo parking por un precio módico, siempre y cuando no lo necesite yo. Ojo, reservo fin de semana completo, entre semana un día.
