Beautiful home, house has great features and very modern.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The place is fresh with a beach theme, lots of natural light and a peaceful white, cream and aqua decor. The space is open and welcoming and very clean. Everything you need to feel at home is there. Kitchen is sort of divided which is great for containing heat when running the oven or stove on a hot day. Loved having a dishwasher. Air conditioning in all spaces. Spiral staircase to second floor is a bit tight but also fun and different. The neighborhood is sort of tucked away so it is quieter than other areas in a town that can get very busy in the summer. We were off season so it was very quiet. It’s an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk or bay sides of the peninsula. Grocery store about 1 mile away. Chris responded in minutes to any question and was very helpful. Would love to come back!

This house was everything we expected and more. The location was perfect. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the canal. It was easy to walk to the beach and the local Acme, which was very convenient! John was a great host and very responsive. We hope to have another opportunity to stay here in the future!

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

I was so comfortable in Donna's house.. Her bed's you could sleep all night?. Neighborhood extremely quiet. But nice and clean. I would so love to stay here again when I come up to New Jersey. Donna thank you for all you do.

A Phenomenal 2 week stay at this lovely home in Seaside Heights that’s conveniently located very close to the beach, lots of great eateries, & a supermarket. We had lots of room for us & our 2 small dogs who loved the spacious yard. Everything was just as described & we felt right at home the first day. Beautifully decorated, very clean, convenient driveway. We loved lounging on the front porch, relaxing with our pups in the yard & watching movies in the comfy living room. Lots of closet space, full-length mirror in cozy bedroom & roomy shower. Kitchen stocked with all necessities. Toms River & Lavallette both minutes away with lots of fun restaurant choices & activities. We also visited great restaurants within walking distance on the Boulevard & went biking around the dog friendly neighborhood. Great beach, boardwalk lit-up at night, cute park around the corner, easy keypad entry. We found a dog-friendly beach inside the state park!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

Tyler was an amazing, helpful, and welcoming host! The location of the house was amazing if you're staying in Seaside and the cleanliness of the house couldn't have been better. We will be back!

Michelle's place was great. It was super close to everything that we wanted to do and she was extremely nice and responsive to messages and provided a lot of amenities.

The Kraken house is a perfect beach house, we absolutely loved the theme. The space was clean and inviting, the bedrooms were spacious. Michael was readily available for the few questions we had. We will absolutely stay in the Kraken house again. Tom Hekker

I recently stayed at the Whalewatcher and it was an incredible experience! The property boasts four spacious rooms, with multiple decks and balconies, which provided stunning views and a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The house is a quick 5 minutes walk to the boardwalk. Brianna and Chollathorn were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our stay was seamless from start to finish. Overall, this Airbnb is a perfect getaway spot for families or groups looking to enjoy the Jersey Shore in style and comfort. Highly recommended!

Stephanie’s home was a beautiful place for me and family to stay and everything you need such as a shoprite, walmart, wawa are all within a 5-10 minute drive absolutely amazing!!

Frank and Jennifer’s place is fantastic. So well stocked with everything you could need, specially in the kitchen which made it easy to cook at home. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the garden but it must be lovely if warmer! Jennifer was quick to reply to any questions we had. Would love to stay again! 😀

Our stay at the Upper Deck couldn’t have been more perfect! Joan’s home is ideally situated just across the street from a beach entrance; walkable to food, mini golf & even the boardwalk! The exterior features are awesome w/ dedicated parking & a delightful covered porch we enjoyed all day long. The apartment is spacious, bright, cheery, comfortable & immaculate! Best of all, Joan is an incredibly kind & thoughtful host whose special touches make this a true home away from home. When it comes to the perfect beach getaway, Joan’s thought of literally everything… comfy beds, soft linens, plentiful towels, beach badges & chairs, cooler, ice packs and filled trays, comfy indoor & porch seating… truly, I could go on and on. Joan’s home provided me with some much needed rest and comfort… I’m so grateful for her hospitality and can’t wait to visit again!

Lisa’s home was perfect for our Jersey Shore vacation! The home was very clean, well decorated and you can the layout was well thought out. Every piece of furniture inside and outside on the patio was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could ever need, and the washer/dryer was very convenient, especially for living right by the beach. It was larger than expected once you step inside aswell! Lisa was very responsive and helpful from the very start, and we immediately felt at peace with the reservation. We’d love to return again when we visit NJ, thank you so much for a memorable stay Lisa :)
