Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Laval

We stayed at Julie’s place for two nights. The location was really good and there were always free parking spot available. The house has a warm retro design with spacious room. I enjoyed my stay!

Martine & Michel are great hosts. Their place is walkable to grocery, pharmacy, Dollarama, Subway, & other places to eat. I walked to the bus stop for bus 61 which was free all the time. They told me how to catch the Navark River shuttle to Old Port. I learned the train system—mostly using the green line which goes in lots of places. Boucherville is a quiet town near the St Lawrence River. Lots to do in Montreal and if one need help with information Martine & Michel are very helpful. I’ll be back next year❤️❤️❤️

Ellie's met us at the apartment when we checked in which was nice and explained the keys and how everything worked. We found the place cozy and clean. Thank you so much Ellie it was a pleasure.

Mon séjour chez Denis a été excellent Le logement était propre, bien organisé, et répondait parfaitement à mes attentes. La communication avec Denis était rapide et efficace, et il se soucie vraiment du bon fonctionnement de tout. En prime, j'ai eu la chance d'admirer des magnolias en fleurs juste devant la fenêtre de mon salon, ce qui fait vraiment honneur au terme "botaniste". Je recommande vivement de séjourner chez Denis. Pour ma part, je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner.

What can I say, Norman’s Airbnb is the gold standard. He really thinks of everything (just your coffee options alone are great) for the rental. It is in the heart of my favorite neighborhood, with great places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The subway is about a block away. The apartment was immaculate. Norman was a marvelous host and incredibly quick to communicate. We will be back. I can’t recommend this spot enough.

Nous avons aimé notre séjour qui avait comme objet un spectacle au M Télus. On ne pouvait pas demandé mieux car c’est juste au coin de la rue! L’appartement, bien que petit, était confortable. Nous avons également pu préparer notre propre petite déjeuner sur place, ce qui a été bien apprécié. L’appartement était très propre. Il y flottait une odeur parfumée très forte, trop pour moi qui est intolérante au parfum. Si vous êtes comme moi, mentionnez-le avant votre séjour. Des produits non parfumés seront peut-être utilisés. J’ai apprécié que le stationnement soit inclus.

Millie's was amazing! Like any city, the roadside bedrooms get some traffic noise, but nothing major. Perhaps worth ear plugs for light sleepers. Very clean and lovely place to stay near tons of awesome shopping and food!

Edward’s place was very nice and spacious! Even though it is described on listing, we found the apartment bigger and better than we expected. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and my sisters and I found great coffee shops at walkable distance! Also, it is close to a bus stop so it was convenient for moving around!

Wife and I had an excellent 4 night stay at Rejean's place on Ateketan St. Great location and Rejean provided recommendations for local dining and general information pertinent to our stay. Rejean was kind enough to book us transport when we departed even offering to assist us with our luggage. Wouldn't hesitate to book this property again if we return to Montreal.

Great place very close to the Atwater metro station. Wonderful kitchen with all the cooking utensils needed (we cooked a lot). Four bedrooms which served our family of five perfectly. Very quiet with just the occasional noise from upstairs. The bathrooms were great and served our family of five well. The area felt safe although walking past the park near the Atwater metro is a bit sketchy...especially at night. There are two air conditioning units, one in the back bedroom and one in the kitchen. When we arrived it was cool and wet so we didn't need them. During our stay it got hot (90 F) and we needed to run both air conditioners. Since three of the bedrooms don't have their own units we had to leave the doors open at night to allow the air to circulate. No problem for our family group but if you are traveling with friends you wouldn't have much privacy. During cold weather, no problem (heated floors!).

The accommodation was wonderful. Very comfortable beds and clean. The house is well insulated so construction work going on outside was not a huge issue. We were unfamiliar with the area so were further from tourist areas than we originally thought. I would definitely stay there again.

The house condition matched the description. It was farther from Old Montreal than expected. The rules were clear, and the property was well-kept. The host addressed concerns and provided guidance on rule adherence.

Great host, great place and super location in a very nice residential neighborhood close public transportation.
