Vacation rentals with a patio in Laval

Comment vous dire que ce logement est juste super, très beau, très propre, épuré et très convivial. La cuisine est bien équipée tout ce qu’il faut pour se concocter un petit repas. L’hôte était très gentil, et compréhensif. Avant et pendant le séjour nous avons été très bien accompagné. L’heure de départ était prévu pour 11h mais nous voulions prolonger pour quelques heures, Jupiter et August nous ont permis de rester 2h de plus comme nous l’avons demandé et tout c’est fait très facilement. Ce que j’ai encore plus apprécié c’est leur réactivité le délai de réponse aux messages est ultra rapide. Je le reprendrais certainement prochainement. Merci à vous.

Amazing space. 1 short block to the metro station. Half a block to a convenience store. Every detail was thought out and accounted for in the creation of the suite. Absolutely fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

Victoria was amazing in her communication and she made the experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The place is spacious, super clean, and has everything you need for a comfy stay. The location was ideal for a family with kids. We were walking distance from a huge park linked to the botanical gardens and the biodome. We were a 20 min Uber ride to downtown and old town but we could have taken the metro easily close by. We would stay there again the next time we visit Montreal.

Roger was a really friendly host and his place was as described which is a nice apartment right in the heart of Montreal's Plateau. Just prior to coming he reached out to us to ensure we were comfortable as to what to do and how to get in and left us his number to call in case of any hiccups. He even offered an early check in in case we needed it which we did not but was nice of him to offer. Easy as 1-2-3. Plenty of things to do and see in that area and a stone's throw away from the Metro if you want to explore other parts of the city and lots of easily accessible grocery stores. We came in a car and Roger helpfully guided us on how to buy a daily street parking permit without skipping a beat. We enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation on this place as its in such an ideal location. Thanks a lot, Roger.

We had a really great stay at this apartment! It had everything we needed super well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought was put into making sure guests feel at home. The only small downside was the construction happening outside the building and all the problems it comes with, but of course, that’s totally out of the host’s control. Even with that, we had an amazing time. Deasy was absolutely lovely very friendly, kind, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again. Gracias, Deasy!

We had a great time at Marina’s! Her place was beautiful and had everything we needed. She was extremely friendly, gave clear instructions and checked up on our visit through message. Neighbours were quiet. House had lots of room! Would highly recommend

Her home is beautiful. Has that “new home” smell. Absolutely clean and spotless. I loved how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was. Also, 15 minutes from any Walmart, mall, ice rink, airport, major stores, etc. I will definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Nabil’s place! The location was convenient and the space was clean and cozy. Although there was a bit of heat during my visit, Nabil was very responsive and promptly followed up with updates and a solution. I really appreciated the clear communication and care. Would definitely recommend!

Félicitations pour le hôte, il est vraiment gentil et prêt à servir. Toujours souriant. C'est un bon logement. Il faut juste contrôler le nettoyage. Sous-sol avec salle de bain et cuisine. très indépendant. Chambre principale avec salle de bain spacieuse. Une autre salle de bain pour les 3 chambres. Zone calme. Bravo et merci pour le séjour. Nora's place was fantastic! My partner, our dog, and I had a wonderful stay. The space was perfect, featuring a nice fenced-in backyard and a full kitchen. Plus, it's super close to Montreal island. We drove over to Cartier station and took the train in as its faster than driving in.

I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

The apartment was very clean and very well located as it was close to the many amenities of the Plateau area. Chris was very responsive and always ready to help out with advice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Gabrielle’s place was amazing! I was teleworking for the day and couldn’t have had a more comfortable space. My favourite feature of the apartment was a little area where you felt like you were sitting outside, with the doors open. It was perfect. Beautiful view, comfortable bed, extremely clean apartment. It had everything I needed and communication with Gabrielle was very smooth. Eat at Darbar just down the street if you can - super friendly owners and the most delicious food! I would have stayed here much longer if I could. Thanks for everything Gabrielle!

Great location and really nice apartment ! Great layout, warm and cozy. The apartment is in a really lovely part of Montreal, parks, shops, downtown and really amazing restaurants all nearby.

We just spent four lovely days in Jason and Eric's condo. The process was flawless. Great communication from beginning to end. They provided an informative book that explained everything about the condo and the neighborhood. We walked seven to eight miles a day in most of the central Montreal neighborhoods. The Plateau was the perfect neighborhood with lots of good restaurants, bars, cafes and markets all along the Avenue Mont Royal a walking street. The condo is directly across from La Fontaine Park.The park has every conceivable out door activity available - soccer, baseball, children's playgrounds, a lake and great people watching. The condo itself was very comfortable for four of us. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The condo is actually two flats creatively joined together. It was more than we needed. It would easily work for a larger group. Montreal is a gem............and this is a great place to stay while exporing.

I spent a wonderful weekend with my family in Montreal, and Eric's accommodation contributed to that wonderful weekend in Montreal, which was exactly as it was stated in the ad. In addition, Erik's very detailed instructions for every detail, from parking to entering the apartment, reduced our stress when arriving in an unfamiliar environment. I can highly recommend this place to any family that wants to have a nice place to stay during their stay in Montreal.

Nadya’s place is everything a BnBer could ask for—clean, comfortable, and truly homely. It’s beautifully maintained, fully equipped, and needs nothing. Nadya is a communicative and thoughtful host. The location is ideal if you want to stay outside the noise of downtown Montreal but still be just 10–15 minutes from the action. It’s a safe, beautiful area, and the parking situation was perfect. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour ! Qu’une seule nuit mais nous le gardons assurément dans nos favoris pour y revenir plus longtemps quand nous allons revenir à Montréal ! Si nous aurions pu mettre 10 étoiles nous l’aurions fait !! Merci pour tout :)
