A Little Luxury Home in the Center of Eymet

Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.

Peaceful covered terrace with private hot tub at each cottage (not allowed for young children) Ideal for 4 people or a couple Pleasant view, very quiet location. Many possible activities: canoeing, Gabares rides on the Dordogne, castles, villages, caves, museums, restaurants, flea markets... etc.

Relax in this calm, stylish space. This space is ideal for two, maybe a third person or child in the small second bedroom. There is a pool to the rear of the property that is shared with the owners. Only 10 minutes from the famous medieval town of Eymet and 2 minutes from beautiful lauzun, Lavande is the perfect escape. Lauzun has a small supermarket, restaurants and bars as well as a baker, butcher and pharmacist Eymet has plenty of places to eat or drink.

Exterior: double terrace (one wooden and one tiled) with 5-seater hot tub, bbc, 2 deckchairs, 2 deckchairs and a picnic table shaded by a magnificent 100-year-old oak tree.

There is the possibility of being picked up from the train station for a small extra fee.

The Tiny is set in a garden, on the edge of a bamboo forest and by the water where water lilies and koi carp have found refuge. It is located south of the Dordogne, a 10-minute walk from the pretty 13th-century bastide of Eymet, a typical village that is very lively in season. There are plenty of restaurants and all kinds of shops.
