"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Vacation home at Birkenhain

We offer a vacation apartment for 3 people (double bed, fold-out sofa bed) for non-smokers (+ travel crib available for children up to 3 years old). Pets are welcome. The house is located in a quiet new development area above the city. A parking space is right outside the door. The tourist tax of €2 per person per day must be paid on site in cash. For safety, there is a contactless check-in. If a personal handover is desired, please let us know in advance. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Enjoy a delicious drink on the terrace with a beautiful view over the Moselle Valley. There are numerous beautiful hiking and biking routes, and the Erdener Treppchen is highly recommended for experienced hikers. Also, visit the many wineries and taste the local cuisine.

Welcome to Medardam Glan. Medard is a municipality in the district of Kusel, Rhineland-Palatinate. The place is surrounded by altitudes with orchards. From Medard, hiking sports, canoeing and draisine rides are possible. Our spacious non-smoking apartment can accommodate 1-3 people. It has a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, one one a double bedroom and a shower room with toilet. The apartment also has a balcony.

Classy apartment in historic town hall

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately.

Vacation apartment in the musicians' house

The builder of this house, Ludwig Jacob, moved like many Mackenbacher into the world to earn a living for his family with his music. In 1906 he was able to build this house in the style of the usual "musicians' houses" here. In 2014 we set up the apartment on one floor and are always happy to welcome guests from all over the world. We also speak English. The cozy holiday apartment in the old Hunsrück farmhouse is a good starting point for hiking on the most beautiful paths in Rhineland-Palatinate typical natural landscapes: walk on enchanted paths in the "Hahnenbachtal" to the mighty "Schmidtburg" and restored Celtic settlement "Altburg" or on the "Soonwald-Steig" . Discover the Lützelsoon and Soonwald - a dream for nature lovers in every season. Or just relax and enjoy the fresh air.
