The place is very quiet and safe. The house is very small, 35m² but very cozy. We have a large patio with a large lot. It has all the utensils you need for a great stay. NEW house, all air-conditioned and with modern decor. Small bedroom with huge bed, firm (hard) mattress and private bathroom. We are located 10 minutes from the beginning of Serra do Rio Do Rastro. We have everything nearby, market, Pharmacy, Bakery and we are 4 minutes from downtown.
