Dear Airbnb team, I wanted to share with you my experience during my stay at your property from May 23 to 27. In general, everything was very clean and organized, which I really appreciate. However, there were some drawbacks that I would like to mention to improve the experience of future guests: 1. I had to contact the host to request trash bags, which could have been prevented by leaving several bags accessible for use. 2. It would be useful to have extra towels available, to facilitate the change without having to request it. 3. I noticed that the top of the bathroom sink has a problem with water stagnation and makes it difficult to use, especially when organizing my makeup bag, since it got all wet😭 I appreciate your attention to these details and hope you can consider them to improve the experience of future guests. The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Great place, felt just like home. Spacious, clean, homely, had everything I needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and pretty, felt very safe walking around. Gabriel was always helpful when needed. Highly recommend it.

Excellent place for travelers

10/10 is an excellent area, I think everything is very close and the service was super good, they were always attentive, so if at any time I return to Medellin, I would definitely come back here, super recommended

Beautiful place to stay with a group of 10, just enough space for everyone. Everything was walking distance and cute breakfast spots all around. would 10 out of 10 come back!

The location was EXACTLY what I desired from a stay in Medellin. The neighborhood is very walkable and so many restaurants and ice cream shops are less than 10 minutes away. The home looks like the pictures and is quite spacious which I loved. A Lot of greenery/ plants and a great view of the neighborhood. And lots of sunlight. I would say the only con for me was the lack of AC but thats also common in this area. Either way the place stayed pretty cool and there were good fans. I recommend staying here especially for a group.

Great apartment, a little far from the center, but it's got everything.

Nathalia & Juan's property was beautiful and just as the listing described. They were communicative and responsive so there were no major issues and everything goes smoothly from check in to check out. I booked this airBnB for a destination wedding and shared it with some wedding guests (some of which I was meeting for the first time after being introduced by the bride and groom). We all loved it, became great friends here, and noted that it was one of the highlights of our stay. It is important to shout out that Juan actually went out of his way multiple times for us to make our stay extra smooth and memorable. He even bought a steamer for the property for us to use to steam our suits and dresses for the wedding when he found out we might need one. I met Juan very briefly during my stay and in that time he was incredibly friendly and hospitable. He even contacted pharmacies for me to help find medicine I lost (likely due to airport security) on my way to Medellin. 5 Stars !!

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

This place is 20 out of 10! I spent time at the house with my family and we enjoyed it to the fullest! Its spaces are beautiful, the house is very clean, in a perfect location. From now on, my favorite place to come to Medellin. Fernanda is super friendly, always attentive and very willing to help with any request. Congratulations, the place and hospitality were spectacular.
