Kārkliņi was built in 1892 Kārkliņi were wealthy farmers who owned a horse stable, as well as cows, pigs and other animals as they were an integral part of the farm at the time! In 1979 the house was bought from Kārkliņi by my grandmother Zigrīda Stungure who was once a brilliant actress at the Daile Theater, She and her husband Jānis used the house as a summer's residence In 2013 I took over Kārkliņi. For the past 10 years, I have returned the house to its original form as it was in 1920

Weekend House Laimes Stari/ Black House

Black House is a detached cottage available for for max 4 guests (incl. infant), total area 24m2. It has 1 remote bedroom, 1 open bedroom, small kitchen area, WC & Shower, terrace, a built-in sauna area. We offer boat and paddle board rent, and you can also apply for individual tour guide. The outside area has a fireplace and space for tents in case you would like to spend a night in one-million star hotel. Walk to the beach ~2km long through forest road. Pet friendly place.

GaujaClub - Loft 3 rooms riverside.

Tourists see the world, travelers experience it. Important! Our neighbour's Private SPA (Sauna and Jacussi), availability should be checked by request (not always available) and costs 200 euro 3 hours, Barbecue & Fire making devices are extra paid 100 euro and should be requested and reserved earliest to guarantee availablity.

Rustic and cosy cabin in the middle of the forest surrounded by lake and wild nature. Silent place for couple + child. You can enjoy view from hot tub (extra charge) or sit quietly outside and enjoy sounds of nature- leaves rustling, wind whistling, birds singing, frogs songs , insects humming or the rustle of animals.
