30 minutes from the Futuroscope, 55 m2 accommodation, independent with private entrance, in a stone house with character, with enclosed and wooded land, outdoor swimming pool. We will welcome you with pleasure and remain discreet during your stay. Our rental includes on the ground floor, a kitchen with dining room, upstairs a sofa with TV, a bathroom with toilet and a mezzanine bedroom with 140 x 190 bed. Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet with friends and family, stay in peace and relax!

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

We offer a new, peaceful accommodation located in a private property with a beautiful garden. Access is independent with private parking. In the center of a village bearing the "flowered village" label, close to all shops, this gîte is also suitable for professionals passing through. Located 20 minutes from Poitiers, Futuroscope and Arena.

Located in the heart of the Domaine de la Plante, this former guardhouse of the Château de Thuré overlooks the countryside and offers stunning views stretching over 50 km. Outside, a wooded garden and terrace invite you to relax, with a backdrop of remarkable Gallo-Roman caves visible from the property.

The Nobilienne Stopover – 20 min from Futuroscope

Be enchanted by the charm of our 3-star gîte, renovated and passionately furnished in an old barn from 1750. Listed as a historic monument, the noble stopover is located in the heart of a small hamlet near the medieval village of Nouaillé-Maupertuis.
