Unbeatable area. Very close to the sea and the malls. The building where the apartment is located is very clean and safe. Marcela is super friendly and is always available for any request or questions. Everything is good. Highly recommended !!!

This is the 4th time we've stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very simple, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafe nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool in the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more kitchen utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!!

Very well located apartment. Clean, organized and with everything you need. The condominium is safe, with attentive concierges. It allows you to have a great vacation. The host is attentive and available to answer questions. Staying 1 week with family (2 teenage children) I recommend the apartment. The perfect thing is that at times the traffic on the avenue is a bit noisy, but nothing important to interrupt the tranquility. In short: very good location, comfortable apartment and with everything you need (microwave, washing machine, utensils, etc).

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and spacious, the view of the sea is beautiful. Ibrahim, the very concerned host, answered all my questions very quickly and gave us all the instructions in advance in great detail, and we had very good communication whenever it was needed. I definitely recommend it! My only observation is that the shower in the master bedroom bathroom leaks water through a space and it would also be good to renew pots and pans. Everything else is impeccable, especially the bedrooms, a very complete kitchen and with everything you need for a beautiful vacation.

Really beautiful view, close to the mall of Viña, to the beach, the balcony is very nice to watch the sunset. And Ana kindly has dishes for food and water for my furry dog. We will be back!

Loretto's apartment was lovely. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to the beach, 15 minutes. There's a supermarket within 5 minutes walk and a small park, if you have a kid. I would recommend it and we will stay there again.

This is probably one of the best apartments we've rented by Airbnb. Communication with Andrés was always excellent. He was always proactive and providing solutions to the minimal things. Something that I must highlight is the cleanliness of the place. On occasion we have rented places that have been really dirty. This is not the case, the apartment was spotless, something we always valued for getting tired of traveling, and the last thing you want is to clean up. Honestly, the photos don't do justice to how beautiful the apartment is, let alone in sight that it is simply spectacular. Modern building, spacious bathroom, bed is perfect, super functional kitchen with breakfast and an impeccable new refrigerator. Another detail, the staff working in the building is very kind, I know this does not depend on who rents but is another point in favor. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can. Ten points for this apartment!

Whenever I come to Valparaiso, I come to this building. This particular apartment is a welcoming space, with everything you need to rest after a long day of touring the port city. Everything is as shown in the photos, no more and nothing less. Carolina is very kind and responds quite quickly to messages. I recommend 100% this studio.

The place is perfect to spend a few days near the beach and as a couple. Very nice and complete. Very comfortable and very well located. The safe and beautiful zone. And Jaime is always very attentive and willing to solve everything. We didn't have any problems and the stay was perfect.

Very nice apartment and very good view and location; communication with Katherine was very quick and everything was clear. We would have liked to have a bath mat to get out of the shower, other than that, everything was very good! We would stay again
