The place is beautiful. The host and the accommodation are all amazing, the problem is that everything is very far away and very expensive transportation is very expensive and the food is the same, what they offer in the snack bar is very expensive and of poor quality and quantity, it is not worth it. I spent my trip hungry and a little bored because everything touristy was very far away.

I loved it, close to the beach, very central, it has restaurants and shops nearby, very clean. The host was attentive to every detail and good communication and made good recommendations. I would stay there again.

The place was very clean, exactly as shown in the photos, we were greeted by staff who live in the building and they were very kind from the time of arrival. The plus is the private pool since we enjoyed it at night and during the day, the sheets are made of a somewhat warm fabric and it is impossible to sleep because of the heat and the noise but it is understandable. I agree that they should put in an air conditioner, improve the screen since it is 32 and it does not have streaming or Google functions but you are on vacation, you are not going to watch TV, Everything is very clean and tidy. We had a problem when we turned on the oven, since the fuse was overloaded, but they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. In general, it is a very good place, highly recommended, with all the comforts of a home and the privacy of the place. From the 2nd and 3rd floors, you can see the pool, and that is a disadvantage if you go as a couple, but everything else is very good. There are many ants, they should fumigate. It is super comfortable. I will return at another time, God willing.

He is a very attentive person, he even recommended places to eat, he waited for us to arrive to greet us and he was also attentive to our departure. Everything was very good, we had bad weather and yet we were able to enjoy the stay because the house is so complete. There is a lot of shopping nearby, the area feels very quiet and safe.

Having a cook is definitely a plus that's worth it. The house is very spacious with traditional Acapulco features, very nice.

The subdivision is nice and quiet, however the house is a bit neglected, both in furniture and utensils. The blinds are full of mold, there were cobwebs in the bathrooms, the fence was dirty, one of the showers has no water pressure, in addition to having an ant infestation, especially in the kitchen. There were 6 of us and the beds are 3 double beds, so no problems, however it is not recommended if more people go, since despite having inflatable mattresses and the sofa bed, with the ant infestation it would not be very comfortable. In addition, there was a water leak in the kitchen sink, which we were told had already been reported to them and they did not fix it. They should update the photos of the facilities.

What a perfect vacation. Wonderful home and view. The staff were amazing. The home was perfect. Communication with everyone was very easy. I can’t recommend this place enough. 5 stars for sure.

The place is nice Actually, we liked everything from the apartment to the condominium's common areas. The only point to note is that in the secondary bedroom there is no air conditioning, otherwise everything is excellent. Carlos is a very good host.
