Waterfront vacation rentals in Las Negras

The apartment is right on San José beach. There are restaurants almost at the foot of the apartment and a cafeteria just below where we had a great breakfast. It is located in the center of the tourist area of San José and has a wonderful terrace where you can go out in the morning and it gives you sun and great views. It takes just 5 minutes to get to San José beach because it's right next to the place. The apartment is very clean, with all the amenities. The coordination to get there was very good. Maria waited for us to give us the keys and the garage remote, which was the best because we didn't have any parking problems. It is a highly recommended apartment for those looking for comfort, tranquility, rest, beach and a little good food, ice cream parlors, shops, etc. 100% recommended.

Fantastic location & perfect accommodation for a lovely getaway.

Everything was perfect. As described. Large, quiet, in a spectacular village with everything to disconnect and enjoy the most beautiful park in the world with the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Super tips from the owners for restaurants and other things. You can come with your eyes closed.

The accommodation is wonderful, it has a quiet location on the beachfront and a terrace with spectacular ocean views. We only had a few problems with the person who manages the accommodation for the owner, but we were rewarded in other ways that made the weekend great. We'll do it again.

We felt at home. The apartment is super cozy with everything you need to cook and live a very comfortable few days. La isleta enamora, it is a beautiful and relaxing village, with a measured and responsible tourism, of those places that unfortunately are almost there. Valvanuz and Antonio are very kind and helpful at all times.

This beautiful house with great roof terrace is not only close to the beach of San José, also around the corner is a small but complete supermarket, you can have breakfast or a drink around the corner. You can easily park the car on the street nearby. San José has nice restaurants and other amenities. And from here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. And about the house itself: it is decorated with care and attention. One very nice place to be.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, just a few minutes from the seafront. Apartment was so comfortable for our one month stay. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. The terrace is so lovely with a beautiful view to the sea! There are great restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away but the complex is nice and quiet and the residents are lovely. Bárbara is the best host we ever had! She supplied so much information before we arrived and she waited to meet us even though we had a late arrival time. All through our stay she provided great advice on places to go and if we said we were going to visit a particular place she recommended great restaurants! They were all fantastic! I feel like I’ve made a new friend in Bárbara ❤️ This apartment is ideal for visiting Mojácar. Great location and very comfortable. You will be spoiled for choice for music, there were so many great bands playing, and lovely restaurants. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

The apartment is just like the photos . It is in a quiet development, but very close to the village bars (5 minutes walk). The terrace has beautiful views and it was very nice to have breakfast on it. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very nicely decorated. Great that there was a capsule coffee machine, dishwasher and enough utensils to make the stay very comfortable. The fact that it has air conditioning is also a plus. You can park near the accommodation for free and there is a small shopping center nearby with a supermarket and beach shop for anything you need. Jordi provided us with a quick and clear self check-in and was thoughtful enough to let us check out a little later than the scheduled time so we could take advantage of the morning on the beach, a nice touch.

A house very close to the beach. If you're looking for tranquility, this is where you have to come. we had a great weekend, the weather was great, the owners of the house were very attentive, we'll be back for sure . thank you.

We loved the place and would've liked to stay longer! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is super well equipped (even with unscratched pans) for cooking, and the best are the views from the terrace and balcony! The bathrooms look a bit old, but everything works and is very clean. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We followed some of their recommendations for the beaches and loved all of them. The location of the place at the edge of San José means that the place is nice and quiet as well. Plus there is space for parking.

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

The apartment is spacious and well decorated, furnished and equipped. We felt very comfortable and welcome there. The views from the balcony and roof terrace were lovely. It is situated right next to the National Park which has fantastic beaches and striking landscapes. It is also close to shops and restaurants. Antonio was a great host - caring and helpful. A good place to stay in San Jose.

We regret that we haven't plan longer stay. Place is much better than it looks from photos. The view is spectacular. Terrace is well equipped and provides great privacy. Place is spacious, provides two bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and great living room, kitchen, terrace and second bathroom on upper one. There is small desk to work. Flat was really clean and tidy, with extra toys for children. Parking spot is Just normal size - We parked Renault Captur with two cars on sides with no problem. Carboneras itself is really nice city, with great beach. Bear in mind that area is hilly and flat is second floor without lift with stairs inside. Great place for holidays, with a great communicative host.

It's been a perfect stay. The house is like being in your own home, with all the amenities, very complete and with many details... and the shower with plenty of hot water. There were even night lights in the children's room. Next to the beach. 100% recommended. We'll be back, for sure.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Victor Manuel's apartment is just as described in the photos. What unfortunately cannot be described is how incredibly comfortable it is to be there on those terraces, overlooking the ocean, listening to the birds singing in the background, giving immense peace. The beach is a five-minute walk away, the restaurants of the development in that environment, the pool is a step away... We really enjoyed these days at Victor Manuel's apartment, it was just what we needed. Super bright, spacious, clean and with details that make a difference.

We were very comfortable. Jose is a 10-star host and the apartment is very comfortable. We would definitely like to come back!!!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is spacious and has a super-equipped kitchen, not just the basics, as is usually the case when you rent an apartment. You can tell that Jesus is careful. The only downside I would mention is that the cushions are a little uncomfortable, otherwise, it is very well located, has a garage and a community pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment lived up to our expectations. Great communication from our host. Flexible and very helpful. Highly recommended
