Smart 43" (Netflix, HBOMAX, Youtube without ads, Clarovideo) and for movie buffs there is a DVD player with non-commercial movies. High-speed Wi-Fi with fiber optic. 100 Mbps If the dates are unavailable, we'll offer you two other options. Both spaces appear on my Airbnb profile. We issue tax invoices. No cleaning fee.

Beautiful and elegant house, located in the heart of Comitán, just 200 meters from the central park. Less than 100 meters away you can find banks, pharmacies, convenience stores and medical centers. This place is perfect for group trips. You can prepare anything from a snack to a full dinner in its spacious and well-equipped kitchen. You can also watch your movies on a 65-inch TV. The house has wheelchair access. All pets are welcome.

A shaded porch features comfortable wicker chairs positioned near the entrance of a suite. The smooth tile flooring extends towards wooden doors, creating a welcoming path. Lush greenery is visible in the background, enhancing the tranquil environment.

With a perfect location to go downtown or out into the surroundings. Convenience store across the street, transportation on the corner, restaurants, supermarket, banks, all very close.
