The windows are equipped with screens and shutters. The casita is about 80 meters from the main house, so there is plenty of privacy. Peace and space are paramount. From the casita, you can look out over the mountains around Abanilla. And you can fully enjoy the view.

The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
