Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

10,000 m2 Tropical Garden lovers, direct sea Views

This garden was selected to be included on the book "Gardens of Spain" and the only one in Tenerife. The garden itself is a artwork, with that combination of vulcano materials, the sea, the tropical air and all those paths designed to enjoy each corner of this 10.000 m2 garden. Probably the mostly cosy corner is its elegant swimming pool and the outdoor lounge, inviting to enjoying languidly the sunny winter afternoons and the sunsets all year round. First line from the see Wonderful apartment for your vacation. 300 meters to the nearest beach. One-bedroom apartment with Atlantic Ocean views. There are many restaurants, bars, entertainment for children, different beaches within walking distance. The apartment has a quiet bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, a kitchen connected to the lounge and a terrace. There is AC, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, beach chairs and towels, cot etc. In winter, pool is heated.
