Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful experience at this home. It is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are large and cozy, with everything you need to avoid the cold. Something we really appreciated was that there was food available for sale, which was ideal since we arrived late and didn't get to buy anything. The setting is beautiful, very quiet and easily accessible. The host, Carla, was incredibly kind and responded promptly to all our inquiries, helping us at all times. Their attention made a big difference in our stay. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Rodrigo is a very good host, always ready and kind. He answered all our questions. The apartment is very comfortable, I went with my husband and my two daughters and they had a crib ready with sheets and blankets available. Everything is very nice and nice. Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in Sergio's apartment and through him I came to this apartment. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very kind. The apartment is very conveniently located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Arauco Park. It is at an important intersection in Santiago and with excellent roads to get around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everything is impeccable (the appliances: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, etc. are in perfect condition). The rooms are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is wonderful!!!! Definitely a place to come back. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thanks to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!

I loved the stay! The apartment was spotless, clean, beautiful and extremely functional! The very complete kitchen helped a lot, with all the accessories available for cooking and reducing travel costs! The bedding was comfortable and warm in the cold, and the bathroom had everything you needed! Plenty of space to store clothes and objects! It is close to the Irarrázaval subway and under the building itself there is a grocery store that works until dawn! There are also other larger and very useful markets nearby, as well as being next to the Itália neighborhood, which has many wonderful and not so expensive restaurants! I will certainly rent again when I return to Chile!

Charly's place was at a great location with tons to do, his place is 10 mins walk to costanera center(shopping center) 5 mins from Metro station and MUT(metro urbano Tobalaba- a must go place!) coffee shops, bakeries, mini markets restaurants all with walking distance. Charly was very responsive and I can recommend his place 100%. Gracias Charly!

Great stay in the heart of Providencia. The apartment was great for working remotely. I really liked how spacious and functional the space was. I’d love to stay again here in the future.
