Monthly Rentals in Las Brisas Island

Stayed for a week and had a wonderful experience. Candace , the property manager, was fantastic! From the time I first contacted her right up until my departure everything was great. Candace picked me up and dropped me off at the airport, gave me a tour of Placencia, offered breakfast and dinner recommendations, and coordinated day events in the area. I highly recommend Candace and the properties she manages.

Great location. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Steps from the water. Breeze was amazing, no need to turn on the air conditioning. Transportation to and from the airport was a bonus. Candace was very responsive to messages and willing to give recommendations.

My wife and I had an awesome time staying at Cashew Cabins. Chris and Brandie were great hosts - even offering to pick us up and show us the town. Chris was also proactive in making sure we were taken care of, giving us plenty of recommendations, keeping us informed of the power outage that happened during our stay, and being an all around great host. Would highly recommend Cashew Cabins as a great place to stay. The pool outside was also a nice way for us to cool off without AC!

Great place to stay in Placencia! Perfect location for walking to restaurants, the beach and the grocery store. We enjoyed having our daily siesta in the lovely air conditioning, but utilized the screened in patio for reading in the hammock and hanging clothes to dry. Nice bathroom and shower, comfortable bed as well. Highly recommend.
