Ubicado en el casco histórico de la ciudad, a los pies del paseo del rastro, lienzo sur de la muralla, muy cerca de las plazas más importantes de Ávila. Está en la planta alta de una casa de dos, completamente reformado, hemos restaurado los muebles y armarios de la antigua casa, y dado una segunda vida a muchos elementos (cajas de fruta, palets...) wifi, smart tv en las habitaciones con Netflix, climatizador en el salón y ventiladores en todos los dormitorios. 2 parking públicos a 150 metros

UBICACION INMEJORABLE, en el casco historico de avila, calle peatonal, VuT silenciosa, en la misma Puerta del Alcazar, subida a la muralla, a muy muy pocos pasos de los monumentos mas interesantes a visitar en Avila y de las zonas ocio y restauracion mas frecuentadas. Alojamiento en edificio historico, desde su balcon casi tocaras la muralla. Equipada con todo tipo de comodidades para hacer de vuestra estancia inolvidable. Loved our stay at Miguel’s place. Quiet and cozy, lovely furnishings with high end details. Miguel was so flexible in letting us leave our bags before checking in. After our red eye flight, that was helpful. Ate out for our meals but kitchen had everything needed for cooking and eating in. A/C units were both in living room area as well as bedroom which was nice as it was in the high 90 degrees when we were there. The only thing I would add is a tv in the bedroom but we Americans love our tvs. I was there with my adult son who slept on a very comfortable sofa and it would have been nice to have my own tv in the bedroom. A very pleasant stay in a safe neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and museums all within walking distance. I recommend it and would stay there again.

Increíble alojamiento, tranquilo, íntimo y con unas vistas insuperable. Pleno contacto con las naturaleza. Propietario muy amable, educado y atento pero sin ser pesado. Una experiencia de 10 super recomendable.

El departamento es muy cómodo, seguro y limpio. Las instrucciones siempre muy claras y útiles para la visita en Ávila. Siempre estuvieron al pendiente de nuestra llegada y de cualquier necesidad que pudiéramos llegar a tener.

You want to be in the center of Madrid… experience dreamy rooftop living above the crowds… this is as good as it gets. Magic place for romantic drinks at night and to throw yourself into Madrid‘s life. All great… all as described… great place to actually also cook your own stuff… (just read all the reviews…). Is there watch out? Don‘t get sunburns on the Terrasse…and yes it is top floor appartment so it will hot in summer… but good A/C! Highly recommended

Javier and Natalia’s place was as homey as it gets, it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect. It’s close to all the restaurants we wanted to try and nearby all the sights we wanted to visit, so we barely had to use transit. Communication could be a bit more consistent, but it was okay overall. What we appreciate most is that they accommodated us with an early check-in. When we arrived, we met Carmina, who was so welcoming and gracious toward our kids! We’d definitely stay there again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Madrid. Appartement très spacieux, confortable, conforme aux photos, idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes activités, nous avons pu tout réaliser à pieds. Facile de s’y rendre en métro via l’aéroport. Nous avions demandé une décoration de bienvenue avec des ballons et nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir que notre demande avait été réalisée. Je recommande +++
