This villa is a true find, Its clean, spacious, the pool area and other out side spaces are all clean and private, and importantly very secure The villa is located just outside the old & new town with all you need, Restaurants / Cafes, shops, Vets, Doctors, Hospitals all within a short distance. The villa its self internally is also spacious and very clean, Everything you need is here for convenience, a mass array of cutlery, Clean bedlinen and towels, and a simply but worthy welcome pack This place is perfect in all aspects and we are 1001% booking again

The stay was unbeatable, Vicente made it easier for us to arrive and everything when he was in his hand, he gave us recommendations for eating and breakfast and the apartment was impeccable.

Beautifully renovated apartment in a super location in Calpe. Very close to everything like shops, restaurants and the beach. Carolina is also always ready in case there are any problems.

Maria was an excellent host who answered all messages very quickly and was extremely helpful. We arrived well before the standard check-in time, but Maria had the apartment ready for us which was a great start to our month in Calpe. The apartment is small, but it is very clean, has everything you need and is in a very central location a short walk from the beach/prom and near lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes etc. The kitchen was well equipped and the air fryer was a great bonus if you don’t want to eat out every meal. The shower was ideal, with an endless supply of hot water. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was cool and dark if you kept the outside shutters closed. During the week it was quite peaceful at night, but at the weekend (Fri/Sat) it could be a little noisy when the local Spanish youngsters left the nearby nightclubs as they congregated at the fast food takeaway below the apartment and weren't quiet. Great place though and would stay again.
