An excellent holiday home by the sea on 2 floors, with living room, kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor and bedroom on the 2nd floor. Good large terraces in the outdoor area with great sun conditions. Short distance to Larsnes city centre. Many trips in the surrounding area, and a short drive to both Ulsteinvik, Herøy and Ørsta/Volda. Kayak, SUP board and bicycle are included in the price. We can assist in providing contact information for the owner of a Bever 460, 9.9 hp boat.

Juliabuda was built in the 1860s and we can offer an evocative stay in this authentic sea scene where there has been both herring salting, post office and shop. Juv is much more than just a house and a bed! Gamlestova was the original farmhouse and has the same amazing views as Juvsøyna on Juv and Gamletunet on Juv. From the canopy bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and if you are lucky follow a tourist boat on its way to Olden with your eyes. In the evening you can fire up the stove, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound of the wood stove nearby. NB! Outdoor hot tub and car charger are not included in the rental price.

You may be lucky to see a flock of sperm whales in the fjord, or see eagles and deer. Rovdefjorden is a busy fjord for both large and small boats, as well as cruise ships on their way to/from Geiranger. The cabin is located 20 m from the lake, where there are good fishing opportunities (rod). Steep rocks and shallow depths. We have life jackets available.

My boathouse is as close as you can get to the waterfront. It is built in a navy style with lots of antique items from a former career at sea. I believe it has what is needed to enjoy a relaxing holiday on a quiet Island on the norwegian westcoast.
