Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

This is the perfect base from which to discover Burgundy's historical, architectural and gastronomic riches. The house is located about 30 min east of Chablis and 15 min from Les Riceys and about 1 hour from Auxerre, Dijon and Troyes. We are between Crémant and Champagne. It is also a little more than 4 hours by car from Calais and 5 hours from Provence, ideal for a stopover. You can enjoy a few steps from Lake Marcenay, the bird conservatory and hiking.

The house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor: A bedroom with its bathroom. A living room of 45 m2 open to the kitchen. Upstairs: There are 2 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. Each bedroom has its own antechamber, one with a bunk bed and the other a small child's room. As a couple, with friends, family or on the go, our gîte can accommodate up to 6 people. On one level, it has been completely renovated in the middle of a large fenced garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The courtyard allows you to park at least three cars easily and safely. Our gîte will change your scenery and offer you moments of calm and rest.
