Great stay at Larnaka :-)

Very clean and convenient apartment, very well located, near the historic district, the beach and the seaside promenade. Very convenient covered parking on the apartment's grounds between the concrete columns. Close-by grocery stores and restaurants. Great value for money. Jeanine is very responsive and validates if everything is going well. We would highly recommend this place.

George is a very charming fellow. He co-hosts with his son, who very quickly reacts to any questions asked online. The flat is very nice and functional. Nights are quiet. We have not had the opportunity to use the terrace, but it was at our sole disposal throughout the stay. There is a local shop very close by, with basic stuff for all kinds of needs and a moderately good taverna several hundred metres away, at the main road. The place is a very good base for car trips (free parking, quick highway access with a petrol station on the way); don't expect sights or entertainment locally (though the Nautical Club is a nice place for drinks). Tip 1: the coffee systems are French press and cezve. Bring your own ground coffee. Tip 2: bus drivers don't know the local street names, and the bus stop from the airport or city is not "number 18". Have the local Pame app ready or use a map app and watch out for a roundabout with a pharmacy right after it, on the left -- press "stop" immediately.

Location, location, location…We could not have been in better place. Beautiful views, close to shops, the beach, the buses, the airport. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Perfect base for travelling around. The flat has everything you need. Andreas was an excellent host, I have been using Airbnb for over 15 years and this is so far the best host and the best experience I had. Highly recommended.

The place is a place. It's very nice and roomy (especially for the price) but my guess is that you can get a nice place elsewhere as well. What you're getting here that you're not getting elsewhere is the host himself! Christos really cares about his guests and it shows. He is always proactive with giving recommendations for activities all around the island and he can answer any question you may have during your stay. He even picked us up from the airport late at night; you don't get that kind of service from every host. He is very kind, asks about your day -he's like your best Cyprus friend you didn't know you had.

We had a lovely stay here we couldn't have asked for a better location. It was right by the beach and many nearby bars and cafes but remained quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay , beautiful appartmber very close to the sea . Eva and team were really helpful and responsive. We found the main bed very hard but contacted Eva and team and they sent extra duvets to lay down the very next morning . thanks for making our stay enjoyable and easy .

What an amazing place to stay! The day usually starts with a brilliant sunrise as you rarely go through them. Overlooking the fields and the olive grove. A place where you relax and where you are connected to nature. The host's warmth and involvement was also special. Honestly the perfect place to stay! It’s 2min away from the beach and everything you could need is walking distance away from the house. This was the first Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in with good wifi! We were 3 people working from the home and the wifi was perfect for us and we could all work comfortably on it! I’d also say it’s a great home to stay at if you have kids. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.

We felt right at home! The view of the ocean is phenomenal, everything is clean and nothing is missing. Communication was great, check-in easy and the location great for excursions. If we came back to Cyprus, we would definitely want to stay here again.

Beautiful house, large, clean and very well supplied with all kinds of amenities. The outdoor space is just as nice: terrace and flower garden to enjoy the sun from morning to night! Access to the sea is at the exit of the garden, beautiful. Lars and his wife were very warm upon arrival. Place to recommend despite sometimes the difficulty in having hot water if the solar panels are not functional.

Nice remote part of the island. You would need car or call taxi. But could do nice walks around. Shops not near. Great place with garden. How was extremely helpful which made the stay pleasant . Thanks Alex

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Chris was very helpful, describing everything needed in great detail. The apartment is in a good location, close to the biggest beach and the bus station from where all the buses leave. The listing was as described. Well-equipped.

Lovely apartment close to the waterfront, the old town, bus lines, shops and restaurants, and more. Isobella was always quick to respond to questions and provided great tips and clear instructions.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.
