Great place for a quiet family vacation. The staff was very friendly, especially George and Anna. We enjoyed their conversation at breakfast. Apartment Right on the beach and with everything we needed.

Perfect... flawless communication. John responds immediately and is willing to serve. Perfect location, walk to the beach. I highly recommend it. I would prefer it again!!

Aris was absolutely fabulous, helped us even prior to arrival with things such as car hire companies. He was waiting with a big smile and gave us a full tour and recommendations of places to visit and eat. The house had everything we needed, from a chess board to a washing machine. It’s a home from home. The location of the house was perfect, we pretty much had that section of the beach to ourselves. He even came over and taught my brother how to make a traditional souvlaki on the barbecue provided. Aris was very keen to hear what needed improvement or things he could add, but we struggle to find anything. Thank you so much Aris! We had an amazing time in your beautiful home x

Apartment was clean, spacious and fitted with all the amenities we needed. Air conditioning worked for us.

Overall a nice and relaxing stay at a well equipped villa. Rui and his partner are responsive hosts. They gave us useful recommendations and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is super well located with easy access to the airport, shops and a lovely beach (within a 5-15 min drive). Villa is also extremely quiet! Worth saying that the villa is well equipped with everything a guest could desire including a reliable AC system and a modern kitchen. The outside area is nice but the pool is superb - one of the best pools ive experienced. There is also a really nice grill area and a pretty garden. Unfortunately the outdoor, indoor cinemas, and the front gate are not currently operational but hopefully this is fixed soon. Be aware that the garden has a very diverse fauna, in case you are particularly scared of various animals including bats, lizards and rodents. I would recommend booking this villa in case you are coming to the Larnaca area.

Thank you Andreas for your attitude, hospitality, willingness, generosity, care, energy and time you gave us, although renting your beautiful property is primarily fun for you and not a business that would make you fed.. you gave us so much attention that it touched us. you completely charmed us with your heart, humanity and character.. thank you. The world is such a beautiful place to live in because of people like you. At Andreas's accommodation there was a technical problem with the pool and we were offered free accommodation, hotel accommodation and free accommodation for the next visit when everything is working. Andreas paid us a five star hotel on the beach for all of us (3 fathers and 5 children). Andreas invested much more than we would have paid him, he invited us all to dinner, personally drove us with his wife to the hotel and to airport. Went away for my sisters hen do, This house was amazing and exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do the house justice. Panayiota and husband were so hospitable, allowing us a late check out and helping us out with cabs etc. can’t recommend highly enough!

What am I able to say that hasn't already been said by others? let's start with this; I was so impressed with this property on day two that I came close to writing my review without waiting until the end of the holiday. The property is immaculate, you can tell Gadi and his wife take pride in this place. EVERYTHING is available for you. Bring some clothes, your passport and your bank card. Everything is lse is here. I'm not messing, they've thought of everything for your comfort. It's only fair that I mention some really minor issues. The Gas on the BBQ ran out 5 minutes into cooking and Gadi suggested I pick some up from the supermarket. I'd have thought that should be provided by the host. The pool wasn't cleaned but Gadi was more annoyed than I was and got the pool guy out the next morning. I love this property and its location. It's located nearer the quiet end of Nissi Ave but close enough to walk to the crazy end. I wish I could write more. STAY HERE!

This villa is spectacular. Beautifully designed inside and, in particular, outside. The level of sophistication extends to the glassware, cutlery and facilities inside and out. This is the perfect family villa. Do take note that there are only 6 beds (3 queens and 3 kids bunk beds) catering for 9 people - not 9 beds as advertised. We had to book a second villa to cater for our full group as a result. That said, we highly recommend this villa for families - it is the best I’ve seen on Airbnb and we will definitely be returning.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The house is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the tennis court, and while we didn’t use the swimming pool due to the weather, it was a great feature to have. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available if we needed anything. If I ever visit Cyprus again, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

the villa is perfect for 3 couple or 3 guy everything was great the tub its fine but not really hot like in america the bed is okay not wow but fine not a lot of towel but its fine tv working great pool is Amazing Color change every 10 second no BBQ should be pretty with a BBQ but its different vibe for the price compare to Canada is 5 Star if was expensive will be different I will come back for sure shower is amazing good pression of water dont let the gate open maybe you will see street cats comming in but this is cyprus so at the end check in was easy and check out was smooth and host is resposible when u text someone answer and they speak very well english so i love it I recommend the Oasis luxury villa for every Canadian and Americain going to Ayia napa there will love it cheap and luxury. 5 Star Rate for Quality and price Thanks the host for the stay will be back 100%.

Amazing mansion! I highly recommend it! I want this house for my home! Perfect decor,comfortable all the spaces of the house with a lovely fireplace and pool. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed even coffee. Andria was very helpful for what we needed, even where to go to dinner. We were big with a kid and had a great time! This house is unfair from the photos. I've come summer and winter, and I'll definitely be back! Thanks for everything!!!

One of our favourite stays with Air BnB so far! Michael's place was just amazing, spacious, clean and so beautiful. The linen smelled fresh and the house so well equipped. The pool was STUNNING and was difficult to leave! Michael was the most lovely host, friendly and accommodating and providing some little treats on arrival and through the week. We have three older teenagers and this place was perfect for giving them their own space yet having amazing family time. Would recommend having a car for this place, its a good walk to the local village if its hot, but I think to see the island thats a good idea anyway. Wasn't a negative for us at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This house was paradise for us the week we stayed there. Especially the outdoor areas are so luxurious and wonderful and location right next to the beach was fantastic. Indoor the house is very spacious and have quite advanced wiring with integrated speakers, automatic blinds etc. Tony’s assistant was quick to help out with any difficulties. Will definitely come back if we can!

The villa is beautiful with a fantastic pool, in a quiet, private location with plenty of bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. We didn't feel overlooked by anyone. Location is nice and central, short drive to shops, restaurants and the beaches in Larnaca as well as a 3 minute drive from Zorbas bakery. Yvonne was an exceptional host!! She communicates clearly and quickly and was extremely accommodating before and during our stay. Overall I can't recommend the experience highly enough.

We loved staying in Kyriacos's place. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning! The location is very nice and quiet. T he apartment has everything you need for a relaxed stay. We would definitely recommend this villa and where very happy with Kyriacos as our host: excellent communications. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
