Vacation rentals with beach access in Larnaca

The apartment was nice, we enjoyed the view from the window every day! Everything was close, we didn't even take a taxi from the airport and decided to have a pleasant 50 min walk instead. Just around the corner, there was a supermarket. In the neighbourhood you could find plenty of restaurants, the beach was close too, you could watch planes land which was rather fascinating. We had everything we needed in the apartment, coffee machine was great since we were working from home. The bathroom was rather small, especially if you are tall like my boyfriend, but nothing terrible :D I would recommend to stay at this apartment :)

Nice place in 5 minute walk from the sea, one minute from the bus stop. Apartment had everything we needed and even there were some toys for the child. Price was affordable, so I absolutely recommend this apartment

Everything is outstanding regarding Anja and her place - everything positive in reviews is very true. I'll just give couple of hints, especially for travelers on budget: - when one gets on LCA, to get on the bus to Larnaca, one needs to go upstairs couple of floors and then to get outside of the airport building - to get groceries, there is Super Discount Centre at walkable distance (500 m).

Top location on the perceived private beach and magnificent views of the sea from the balcony and from the bedroom. Perivolia, a small sweet place, is a 15-minute walk. Anna always responded to messages promptly and kindly.

We had a wonderful stay, 5 minutes from mckenzi beach. The hosts responded quickly to messages and thank you for the perfect holiday.

I can only confirm the excellent reviews of those who preceded me, the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, complete with everything and in a perfect location with convenient parking. Haig was extremely nice and helpful. I recommend all these apartments!

George is a very charming fellow. He co-hosts with his son, who very quickly reacts to any questions asked online. The flat is very nice and functional. Nights are quiet. We have not had the opportunity to use the terrace, but it was at our sole disposal throughout the stay. There is a local shop very close by, with basic stuff for all kinds of needs and a moderately good taverna several hundred metres away, at the main road. The place is a very good base for car trips (free parking, quick highway access with a petrol station on the way); don't expect sights or entertainment locally (though the Nautical Club is a nice place for drinks). Tip 1: the coffee systems are French press and cezve. Bring your own ground coffee. Tip 2: bus drivers don't know the local street names, and the bus stop from the airport or city is not "number 18". Have the local Pame app ready or use a map app and watch out for a roundabout with a pharmacy right after it, on the left -- press "stop" immediately.

Super good stay, clean and within walking distance of the center of Larnaca. Friendly host with clear instructions for check in and check out. It was great!

The location is unbeatable—literally just a five-minute walk to the beach, which made my mornings and evenings absolutely magical. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

Honestly the perfect place to stay! It’s 2min away from the beach and everything you could need is walking distance away from the house. This was the first Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in with good wifi! We were 3 people working from the home and the wifi was perfect for us and we could all work comfortably on it! I’d also say it’s a great home to stay at if you have kids. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.

We felt right at home! The view of the ocean is phenomenal, everything is clean and nothing is missing. Communication was great, check-in easy and the location great for excursions. If we came back to Cyprus, we would definitely want to stay here again.

Beautiful house, large, clean and very well supplied with all kinds of amenities. The outdoor space is just as nice: terrace and flower garden to enjoy the sun from morning to night! Access to the sea is at the exit of the garden, beautiful. Lars and his wife were very warm upon arrival. Place to recommend despite sometimes the difficulty in having hot water if the solar panels are not functional.

Nice remote part of the island. You would need car or call taxi. But could do nice walks around. Shops not near. Great place with garden. How was extremely helpful which made the stay pleasant . Thanks Alex

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. Fabulous apartment, centrally located. In the heart of Larnaca. Clean , Comfortable Bed & Sofa. Walking distance to great restaurants shops. There is traffic noise but that didn’t bother us. We loved location . There is a luggage storage shop directly opposite which is handy. Car hire on door step. Finikoudis Beach & Promenade 2 minutes walk. I would recommend hobos steak house & cafe. Panos steak house. We hired a car & had a trip to Troodos mountains which was great Thanks JB - we had a great break in a great location

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Chris was very helpful, describing everything needed in great detail. The apartment is in a good location, close to the biggest beach and the bus station from where all the buses leave. The listing was as described. Well-equipped.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.
