Villa vacation rentals in Larnaca Bay

Loved our stay. Very spacious and clean. Host answered all queries very quickly. Shame there was building work going on so closely and a building sign blocked some of the magnificent view. Local site restaurant had shut down just before we arrived but we were able to take a short stroll to the neighbouring site restaurant. I enjoyed a spa treatment on site and the staff were lovely. We seemed to be adopted by a local cat which joined us when we relaxed out by the pool. Will definitely book again.

We had such a wonderful time at dream Tropicana! The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. The private pool was amazing—it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some relaxation. The location is just perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet still close to the beautiful beach of Ayia Thekla. We loved that the villa is in a private neighborhood, which made it extra relaxing for us. The balcony and outdoor dining area were such a bonus, giving us the chance to enjoy meals with a lovely view. We’re a family of four, and the kids absolutely loved the pool and the garden. The host was super friendly and responsive to all our questions, making sure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this place enough for families or couples looking for a peaceful and private getaway in Ayia Napa. We’ll definitely be back!

Went away for my sisters hen do, This house was amazing and exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do the house justice. Panayiota and husband were so hospitable, allowing us a late check out and helping us out with cabs etc. can’t recommend highly enough!

Beautiful villa, bright, spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was really well equipped with Kerri providing milk, tea bags, bread and water on our arrival. In fact Kerri, the cohost, could not have been more helpful or kind, even meeting us at the airport and taking us to a supermarket on the way to the villa. She went out of her way to be helpful and we really appreciate it. The pool and gardens are gorgeous with several places to eat and we enjoyed the gym equipment and pool. Beds are comfortable and the living room is comfortable with multiple TV channels. This area does need a car. It is a 20 minute walk to the nearest place to eat and the nearest supermarket.

This is not the first time we stay at Kyriakos’ place and it still exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect, clean and had a lot of amenities. Kyriakos was very nice and friendly and took care of the house (a lot of new things were added to the house since last year). The place is a perfect getaway from the city and it satisfied our needs to take a break and relax. I highly recommend this place. It is spacious and perfect for a big group.

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) have just spent a week here and we’re all very sad to leave. El’s place has everything you need for a weeks stay. The house was large enough for us all & the gardens & pool are stunning. We used the outside cooking area (bbq), which was lovely in the evening. We downloaded the Wolt app, which was a lifesaver for last minute grocery delivery or even a takeaway on the nights we didn’t feel like cooking. I would recommend hiring a vehicle. However, within 15-20 minutes you can walk to a couple restaurants, a shop and also the most beautiful beach. We spent 2 days at Konnos Beach, which is absolutely stunning. I would recommend getting there before 10:30. We ate at Kafkaros Tavern (walking distance) a couple of times, which was lovely & friendly. The pool is cold, especially in April, but it didn’t stop the kids swimming most days. All in all, El’s place is super for a family holiday. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you ☺️

Ormanın içinde bir ev olduğu için örümcek, karınca, kertenkele görmeye alışmanız gerekiyor. Evin önünde bir cadde olmasına rağmen araç seslerini nadiren duyduk. Yan taraftaki evde tadilat başlamak üzereydi, bu da bizim tatilimize denk gelmediği için şanslıydık. Eve 7-8 dk uzaklıkta Alpet'in karşısında bir dolmuş durağı bulunuyor. Buradan Girne Merkez'e kişi başı 55 tl'ye gidilebiliyor. Kervansaray Halk Plajı'na gitmek için de bu dolmuşları kullanabilirsiniz. Bindikten 5 dk sonra Halk Plajına yürüme mesafesinde iniyorsunuz. Kervansaray Halk Plajı Stone House'tan 25-30 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Bunun dışında Escape Beach Club ya da Çıkarma Plajı da eve oldukça yskın. Bahçede bol bol limon var :) Sabahları sizi siyah beyaz bir kedi ziyaret edecek. Beslemeyi ihmal etmeyin :)

Paul was a fantastic host, he met us at the villa and shown us around to make sure we were happy and comfortable! Paul made sure we had some grocery essentials when we arrived and a bottle of cava and some beers which was a great touch! Paul answered all our questions and organised us car hire the night we got there which was super helpful and beyond expectations! He answered to messages promptly and recommended some lovely food restaurants! The villa was fantastic with a gorgeous deep pool and pool table with plenty of space and perfect for privacy but just a 5-10min drive away from protaras or agia napa and local shops to stock up on groceries! We definitely hope to return in the future and would happily deal with Paul who was just fantastic! thanks so much this was definitely a holiday to remember!

Great place to stay, it was quiet as we didn’t realise everything is closed for the season, but it was a working trip anyways. The host was always responsive and pleasant to speak to, very helpful and sorted out the cab from airport. Will visit again.

Perfect villa nice quite area close to the main area for restaurants and bars, beach at one end of the road and decent supermarket the other end all within a 1 min walk

We recently stayed at The Fig Tree Residence 6 for our annual family vacation, with a group of 10 people, including three kids under 4, and we had an amazing time! The property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Its location is perfect, so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The team managing the property was fantastic, super responsive and made sure all our needs were met. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday experience. We loved every moment of it and would 100% recommend staying here. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful location, and well-equipped property! It was nice to be a little out of the main tourist area, which meant that the view included less development and we were able to find many restaurants open, even in the winter. Beach access was easy. Getting to a regularly-serviced bus stop at this time of year required quite a walk, but we didn't mind. The jacuzzi was amazing for cold evenings and tired bodies, and the house had everything we needed. I would 100% recommend!

A fantastic value for money place - we were a big group of friends and stayed at the entire place - the outside is gorgeous. Great communication with the team, and the place is very private - easy to get to from the airport. The place/rooms are basic, but have everything you need and were clean - the outdoor space is particularly well set up for a big group with enough space at the big table for everyone to sit down (15 of us) by the BBQ, enough loungers for everyone to relax, and spend time together. We stayed for one week and I can say that it was one of the best weeks in 2017. The location of the villa is so relaxing and quite with its amazing panoramic view mixing the sea and mountains in addition to the amazing swimming pool (Luckily the weather was so nice so we could enjoy all indoor and outdoor facilities of the villa). The villa was very well furnished, clean and has all the required tools and facilities. Alison was very kind and helpful and responding very quickly for any request or question. In general, I would love to go back there again and again and recommend it for friends and relatives.

This place was amazing and perfect for our large family to get together and have a holiday. The place was as described and clean and had everything we needed. Lior was quick to respond to any queries and sort things out. The villa is close by to the sea with only a 5min drive, and short drive into central Limassol where restaurants and bars etc are. Will definitely return here!

I stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Pervolia, Larnaca for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Originally, I booked the stay to view some local properties as I’m considering relocating to the area. Although the property I intended to view wasn’t available at a convenient time, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise—I ended up having an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host, Kennith, was excellent—very responsive and accommodating, answering all my enquiries promptly. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the beach. I took a serene walk along the shoreline towards the lighthouse and finished the day with a fantastic meal at a nearby restaurant (Theta) that could easily rival those in the world’s most upscale destinations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a charming coastal village. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The hosts were gracious, accommodating, kind, and very helpful. The place was beautiful, the pool was magnificent. It looked exactly like the photos. The beds were comfortable, the wifi worked well, the area was very quiet. Worth the price 100%. I would definitely come back to stay here. It was an amazing location, near the sea caves and not far from the beach. 10/10 would recommend to friends.

Pobyt w domu Viktorii był cudowny. Na miejscu było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, czysto, piękny dom i cudowny basen w którym można swobodnie popływać Kontakt z właścicielką cały czas, wspaniała pomocna osoba. Polecam! Okolica cicha i spokojna, prywatność zapewniona. Do tego czekały na nas napoje, świeże owoce i zakupy na śniadanie bo dotarliśmy na Cypr późno w nocy. Dziękujemy ❤️

Kyriacos villa is absolutely beautiful. It is pristine clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. He is attentive, kind and reacts quickly go questions. Would definitely stay here again.

The villa is beautiful with a fantastic pool, in a quiet, private location with plenty of bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. We didn't feel overlooked by anyone. Location is nice and central, short drive to shops, restaurants and the beaches in Larnaca as well as a 3 minute drive from Zorbas bakery. Yvonne was an exceptional host!! She communicates clearly and quickly and was extremely accommodating before and during our stay. Overall I can't recommend the experience highly enough.
