They stay here was very nice. The place was clean and perfect for a couple. Parking was always available, you can sit by the river, and you are 5 min from Downtown and 10 min to Rocky Mountain National park. All in all, I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and place were very neat with a balcony right along a little river and next to a hot tub. Checking in was easy and the hosts were very polite and caring. Also, we were less than five minutes from the center of Estes Park which has so many outdoor activities to participate in and very close to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Great spot near the river with comfortable bed and peaceful surroundins. The nearby hiking trail was better than expected. Nightime Laser Show was a cool touch.

Needing a quick getaway from town this was an excellent last minute choice. Excellent check in and out process, quiet, and very accommodating. The hot tub was clean and worked well with complimentary robes and extra towels provided. There was a fun river light show we got to catch and the staff was super friendly! Will definitely be back!

The suite is spacious and beautifully decorated. The entire room was clean and tidy, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essential cooking tools and utensils. The indoor bathtub was a fantastic touch, adding to the relaxing experience. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic condo! Very Spacious and Everything we needed (well appointed kitchen and washer / dryer) and high speed internet was included! The location was amazing! Just a few minute drive to the beautiful downtown area (you can actually even walk along the river in to downtown) and minutes from the entry to RMNP (although the Fall River entrance is further - it is more convenient in many ways). The condo is a moment’s walk from the pool, hot tub and game room (ping pong and pool) and my kids loved that! This condo boasts a deck overlooking the beautiful river. We ate most of our meals outside and just loved it! Our family loved that the most - so spacious and overlooking the river and was just lovely. Perfect place to unwind after a long day hiking in the park or shopping in the downtown area. Our host was very easy to communicate with, answered all queries instantly and provided us with a lot of information about the area. Next trip back to RMNP, we would very happily stay here again!

Amazing place! Will definitely be back!

We were thrilled with Jeffrey’s place. It’s a big, 2BR-2Ba condo with full-size appliances, 3TVs, and a lovely covered patio that backs up to the Big Thompson River. The beds are comfy, and we slept with the windows open so we could hear the river. There is a pool, hot tub and fitness center on the grounds, with onsite staff and guest services available 7a-12p. We visited guest services to check in and out, get fresh towels, paper products and trash bags, and ask questions about hiking and local attractions. The location is perfect too, maybe 2 miles from downtown and walking distance from a grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants and gift shops. Wish we could have stayed another week!

it was a great stay. The only "but" was the pillows. the pillows are like made of air lol they did not provide any support. Amazing staff!

Javier and Maria are wonderful hosts. Their place was undergoing some renovations when I was there, but it was not too disruptive to my stay. The bed is like sleeping on a CLOUD. The room is right next to a major road to Estes, so sometimes you can hear the cars, but at night there is hardly any traffic.

Beautiful area. The creek was very peaceful. Fantastic location. The management is lovely. I recommend this spot!

Great find for those who want to explore Estes park and the RMNP! Clean, convenient, and has everything you’d need for a short trip to the area. We have no complaints and would recommend to others!

One of the cutest places I have stayed! Perfect distance to the park, close to downtown to eat and shop, and even great amenities on the property. We will definitely be back!

Javier was an outstanding host! He personally met us when we arrived at the property and was very kind and communicative. The unit was clean, spacious, and private.

Tara’s place was perfect for our visit to Rocky Mountain National Park, it was only a few minutes away and the apartment was spotless. I would definitely stay here again.
