The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).

It is equally distant (10-15 minutes walk) from the city center of Reims and the famous Champagne Houses (5 minutes walk), such as Taittinger, Ruinart, Veuve Clicquot, Pommery and G.H. Martel. You can easily explore the city, its shops and main attractions on foot.
