Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also a living room, a kitchen, and an interior Canarian patio. Outside, there is private parking, gardens, areas for leisure and reading, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it looks big, the house can be made very cozy for two people, who will feel right at home. However, reservations for special event celebrations are not allowed, and parties are not permitted. We also want to mention that we, the hosts, live on the other side of the house and share the pool terrace with our guests. Although we don't really use it, if guests are using it, we need to pass through this area to get in and out of our house. We also share the interior patio area. It is a transit area for us at some point during the day. It's ideal for children; they have areas to run and play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, washing machine service for stays longer than one week... Bed linen and towels are provided for stays longer than one week. Far from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism, the place is located in the village of Tías. It is very quiet, with very easy access to the center of town—you can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, a health center, and, of course, La Ermita de San Antonio, where there are usually lovely exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the surrounding countryside, just behind the house there are a number of trails, which are part of the island's trail network, and which offer wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transportation stop less than five minutes away. From this location, visiting the island is easy; it's almost in the center, and the longest part of the journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are Puerto del Carmen, which can be reached in 10 minutes, and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes away—both ideal golden-sand beaches. In short, we invite you to get to know us and enjoy a cozy place where the sound of birdsong will keep you company during your stay.

A little happiness

Just 200 m from the sea and yet protected from the wind, is Casita Kalisat, the small “lucky house.” Surrounded by breathtaking volcanic landscape, the clear starry sky at night, the power of the tides, you will find peace and closeness to nature in a beautiful living atmosphere. Throughout the village you can be undressed. Nudism is welcome here, but not mandatory. There is a supermarket in Charco and several good island-typical restaurants in Mala and Arrieta, where there is also a long, flat sandy beach, suitable for children and surfers. A protected swimming area (200 m) made of natural lava rock allows swimming at high tide all year round. A rock (500 m) with a step ladder is the perfect access to the sea for swimmers and divers. Several hiking trails start behind the house. The most beautiful leads directly to the excursion point “Jardin de Cactus”, by the famous island artist César Manrique.

El Nido is a very nice and comfortable apartment situated in a ideal quite residential area. The town center is only 15 min walking as well as the nearest beach of Playa Dorada. Nearest supermarket Aldi 10 min walking. It consists of 1 spacious bedroom (bed 180x200) ,1 main bathroom and 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen, a modern living room with a sofa bed. Air conditioning, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, WI FI and a nice terrace where you can relax. Beach towels available.
