You'll love living at Cédric's. The studio is beautiful, with beautiful large bedrooms, a well ventilated living space (feel like living outside) The massage chair is 5 stars after our days of great hikes. The really interesting little pool of water we took advantage of it. We were lucky enough to share a rum drink and coconut juice with our hosts. Cédric responds quickly to messages which we enjoyed. I will rent this studio again without hesitation

Nothing to say about the listing that is totally as described. Very well equipped, very clean, top bedding, mosquito nets… Welcome booklet with activities to do and Elise's favorites. The proximity to the centers of interest, the view, the direct access to the beach, the breathtaking sunsets… Everything was perfect! Elise is ultra available and so friendly! If I come back to Martinique, I will definitely rent this place again! Thanks for making this trip so wonderful!

The place was just as we expected and looks exactly like on photos. Right next to the BlackDiamond pool area. + Would recommend this. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place. It was quite close to most of the beautiful beaches and important areas and we had free access to the pool downstairs. Clement was super kind and responsive :) There are a lot of similar apartments right next to each other so if you’re looking for a quiet and private area this might not be for you. The kitchen is on the balcony and you have all that breathtaking view while having your meals or sipping your morning coffee. -Not really a quiet area. There were parties in the weekends and strangers from parties came up and were knocking on our door during the night sometimes. The music is very loud, but during the weekdays or when there aren’t any parties, it is quiet and kind of peaceful. We have read in reviews about the parties and we still decided that it would be okay for us. Thank you! :)

Although there was construction work in the streets during our stay, we still had access to our secure parking. Good restaurants nearby, the little creperie, a delight! We loved the beach, for snorkeling enthusiasts, fish right next door. ❤️ It lacks nothing, Yuri is very accessible.

The apartment is tastefully and carefully decorated. Everything is of quality, as if you were in their apartment. Pretty linens, fluffy towels, antique decorative objects, mementos from travels... A real little cocoon. Carole and Eric are very accommodating. Thanks for this stay.

We just ended our stay with family (2 adults, 2 children) for 10 days at Johanna's and everything was perfect. Waking up every morning with the sea view couldn't have been better. The kitchen is very functional and super well equipped, the impeccable bedding is very comfortable. Johanna is totally available and super welcoming. I recommend it without a second thought, if we have to come back we will be happy to come back to your place.

-Exceptional location, on the waterfront, just 5 minutes walk from the center and the small marina. - Fully renovated accommodation, extremely clean, perfect and really very very well equipped in every way, Jean-Louis thinking of absolutely EVERYTHING, both with some beauty/care products in the bathroom, as well as some food in the closet or fridge, etc... -Equipments on site: canoes, paddles, pedal boats, vests, fishing rods, beach slippers... Again, the attention that Jean-Louis has to his tenants is exceptional! -But, in addition to all that would already be enough to choose this place, he is a rare kindness, always ready to help, give good advice, very easily available, in short, particularly endearing, as well as his wife. A stone's throw from Gros Raisin beach, Villa Côté Sud occupies a prime location ensuring easy access to the village of Sainte-Luce and other attractions in southern Martinique. Equipped with a beautiful, modern and well-maintained swimming pool, the property allowed us to find rest and relaxation. We thank Karine for her hospitality and dedication.

Great stay at Annie and Arnaud's! The villa is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very clean. We were warmly welcomed and throughout the stay we were able to communicate easily with our hosts. The view of the ocean is a major asset it is a peaceful, quiet place where we can enjoy it. I highly recommend this listing

We stayed for a week in Sybille's house. There is direct access to the beach just below but we were unable to enjoy it because the beach was overrun with sargassum during our stay. Sybille spontaneously offered to compensate us for this when she was not at fault. We had a problem with a bedroom door that was impossible to open. Again Sybille did everything she could to help us, she found us a locksmith on a Saturday night. Communication is very easy with the host. The house is particularly well-equipped, in the kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine... Full of little useful things: board games, beach games for children, a cooler. I recommend Villa Butterfly with its beautiful covered terrace and sea view.

Very nice stay at this beautiful villa. The place was clean, convenient, and friendly. What a beautiful relaxing place to spend several days there. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice private villa, 2 steps from the beach, the mythical church and some shops. Parking is easy outside. The terrace is very flowery and filled with birds. The large bedroom is spacious, the second, also pretty, has a private terrace with outdoor shower, all under a green setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Too bad the toilets are integrated into the bathroom. The latter deserves a refresh, a real facelift. But what a pleasure to have spent our vacation at Patrick's, who is a very beautiful person. We'll be happy to go back to his place.

All as described. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Due to a lack of French knowledge on our part, we had to work with the Google translator. The only drawback is due to the construction site on the neighboring property. This is, of course, not the fault of the host, but this has partially disturbed the tranquility.

The house was absolutely stunning, just as described. We were greeted by the concierge with a welcome bottle of Rum which was a lovely surprise. The neighborhood was very cute and quaint with the a fabulous beach bar called Chill just a few meters walkable distance from the house. What I appreciated most is how responsive Fred was whenever I messaged him about a minor problem and he always had a solution and responded quickly. Overall I enjoyed my 7 day stay here in beautiful Martinique!

Functional accommodation, great location in Grande Anse, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach with fish and turtles. Stunning views over the cove with unforgettable sunsets. We appreciated the snorkeling masks and tubes available. The bedding is of good quality, and each bed has a mosquito net. We enjoyed the air conditioning as well as the fans in the accommodation. Small supermarkets are available near the accommodation, as well as beachfront restaurants. Our on-site contact was very responsive, very friendly and very accommodating. Would do it again without hesitation!

the location was perfect for our needs, restaurants were within walking distance, nearby beaches were beautiful and easy to access (by car for the most part) one beach was within walking distance 5-10 minutes max. We loved our stay in Martinique and everything starts with the place where we stayed, so I recommend this place.

Very well located studio. 3 min walk to the beach which is beautiful, shaded and very safe for children. Carrefour Express is within walking distance from the beach in 5 minutes. Restaurants on the beach. The 3 ilets are 10 minutes by car with a larger and cheaper supermarket but also a small market on Saturday morning and shops. The Mitan Cove and its islets, shops and restaurants are not far away either. Clear water full of fish and coral. Well-equipped studio. Air conditioning is welcome. Manageable mosquitoes thanks to the mosquito net. Set of sheets and towels allowing for a comfortable rotation. Charles is very welcoming, kind, available and responsive. We'll be back.

The view from the accommodation is just breathtaking and the location of the accommodation is great! Nothing to say about the apartment!

We had a great time at the place! Colette's family was very welcoming and very caring to us! The accommodation is very well located, with well-served roads, which means that we were able to explore a large part of the island. We were able to park the car in front of the house. We recommend this listing without hesitation!

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very nice terrace with sunset views, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the Hôtel de la Batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and a lot of fish. Not really any restaurants within walking distance, there's the casino restaurant and the pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your own beach towels. The washing machine was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no noise from neighbors.

The studio looks like the photos but is better because it comes with full access to the adjacent hotel (2 pools and private beach) and is walking distance to 3 great beaches, restaurants and ships. Stéphane was an absolutely wonderful host, even picking us up at the airport when public transport was not an option due to a boat strike/minimal bus options.

We had an amazing stay at Alain-Michel's. The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures, and it's very close to loads of restaurants. The beach is also in walking distance, and right behind the apartment there's the harbor from where a lot of excursions depart. The only downside is that on the week-ends there might be some issues with parking the car as all the spots fill up pretty quickly. There's plenty of parking so you'll always find a spot, but you may have to walk a little longer to reach the apartment. All in all I would recommend Alain-Michel's apartment for anyone visiting Martinique.
