Our apartment at Langwasserbad is suitable for two guests. There is a large, comfortable box spring double bed, a reading chair and a small desk and has a bathroom with shower and toilet. Unfortunately, there is no cooking facility. Refrigerator in the hallway. Trade fair about 15 minutes; city center 25 minutes by public transport Supermarkets: Aldi about 300 meters Edeka about 700 meters Franken-Center: Shopping & restaurants about 1 km. Walking distance about 15 min. Bus about 5 minutes

Zentrale, kleine Souterrainwohnung mit separatem Eingang. 120x200 Bett ,nur für eine (1) Person geeignet. Eigenständiger Check-In durch eine Schlüsselbox (Code bei Anreise Tag) Netflix und DAZN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft hat sehr schwache Internetverbindung deswegen ist nicht für Homeoffice geeignet . Die Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Küchen ausgestattet .Zudem wurde das Bad kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC . Bettwäsche, Dusch , Handtuch sind vorhanden.

The apartment is located in the south of Nuremberg; the city center, and especially the trade fair (about 25 minutes on foot), can be reached quickly and easily by all means of transport. Due to the ideal layout, the accommodation is perfect for those looking for a centrally located feel-good place. The bathroom is small but very practical. Kitchenette, fridge, French press and toaster are provided.

Fairgrounds/city center can be reached both by car and public transport in less than 20 minutes. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

In-law near Messe & Playmobil FUN PARK

The apartment with 45 m² is located in the marshalling yard settlement Bauernfeind, in the attic of our house. The metro is within walking distance in 10 min. and a stop from the fair (within walking distance 20 min.). The Playmobil FUN Park can be reached in 20 minutes by car. There is room for max. 5 people. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. In the open living area there is a small kitchen with dining table and 1 x sofa bed.

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Modern flat close to Nuremberg Messe Fair and city

Quiet and nice area, but very near to Nuremberg Messe (Fair / Exhibition) and close to the highway. You can reach the city center by tram 5 from Worzeldorfer Straße and underground line 1 from Frankenstraße within 17 minutes and if you stay in the tram you are able to drive directly to visit the Nuremberg zoo.
