There are also good fishing opportunities in the lake. Fishing from land is popular so you don't necessarily have to go out in a boat. In Langesund you will find several eateries (Papas Pizza, Viktoria, Langesund Landhandel, Bobben, Solsiden and others) and streets with charming old wooden houses. Paddling, SUP, and bike rides are fine in the area.
