Lovely small town apartment with terrace in Svendborg C

At one end of the old Karetmagergaard from about 1777, you can stay right in the middle of the city and only 200 meters from Svendborg city center. You are close to city life, harbour, cultural life & the very special South Funen nature. The apartment has a small bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a double sofa bed can be made up in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, private entrance, toilet and bath, and there is a small sunny terrace in the yard. There is 24 hours free parking on the road, and it is almost always possible to find a place.

Lovely apartment close to water, free parking

Relax in this peaceful home located just 2 km from Svendborg city center and 500 m from the water. Bathing jetty/small beach as well as walking distance to forest, SPADES and swimming pool. Explore the local beaches, the South Funen islands, Tåsinge, Egeskov Castle ( 20 kms) and idyllic Svendborg town with good shopping, cafes, harbour and restaurants. The apartment is ideal for a family or a couple of friends and has a lovely large terrace and park with playgrounds. Linen and towels are brought yourself - in special conditions, it can be arranged.

You will be charmed by the lovely apartment in Lundeborg, 5 min walk from 2 lovely beaches, fishing opportunities, beautiful forest, cozy harbor with a few restaurants and a small local grocery store. Apartment of 32m2 with wood-burning stove, kitchen-living room with stove and oven, bathroom with shower, enclosed sleeping area with double bed with possibility for extra bed for smaller child. Large and cozy apartment in villa that has previously served as a swimming hotel 100m from Svendborgsund. The apartment is spacious with living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a private entrance and the opportunity to sit and enjoy the view over Svendborgsund on a small terrace. The apartment is a newly renovated dry and heated high basement apartment with large window sections. The South Funen archipelago path goes right past the apartment, which is 500m to public bathing, and only 2 km to the center of Svendborg.

Access to large garden where there are living spaces and barbecue facilities. AnnaHus is thatched, whitewashed, and romantic idyll for adults. Look to water. Located in the middle of nature, close to forest, beach and fields. AnnaHus is a small guesthouse where breakfast can be purchased daily. Evening menu is served on select days. Please ask.

Lovely smaller apartment on Thurø

Lovely smaller holiday home / apartment centrally located in Thurø city. The apartment is located on the first floor, with access via exterior staircase. The apartment is close to the water and close to shopping and pizzeria. In the apartment there is a double bedroom and plenty of closet space. In the living room there is a sofa bed with room for two. In front of the apartment on the cool hallway there is the possibility to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Sit back and relax in this quiet and stylish space.

Close to Svendborg city and the water is this 1-bedroom apartment with private bathroom, kitchen and large terrace. Yet peacefully situated with good views of the forest and green area. Furnished with hallway with access to large bathroom with shower and small kitchen with fridge, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave/oven etc. From kitchen/entrance you can enter the living room with sleeping area with double bed, dining area, TV area and exit to west facing terrace The apartment is ready from 13 March 2022

Quietly located 40 m2 home in beautiful surroundings. New annex with own bath / toilet and shared kitchen with oven, induction and cooker. Living room with a view of Svendborg Sound and the city. TV, internet and free parking. Accommodation with double bed in living room + single bed in loft. Possibility of extra bed. Dining table with 2 chairs. Private courtyard with fireplace + many seating terraces. No serving, but I will gladly bring your breakfast by pre-order from our good local baker.

Thurø, Svendborg, by the water

This cozy place to stay has two bright and spacious bedrooms, a large common room with daybed. Private toilet/bathroom. Kitchenette with fridge and dining area. The apartment is on the 1st floor, so you have it to yourselves. There is access to the garden and outdoor dining area - and about 200 meters to the beach, water and jetty. Duvets, pillows, bed linens, and towels are included. The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
