Our over 175-year-old former The farmhouse is located in the central location of Queidersbach, right opposite the park-like village square. You will be staying in a one-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Everyday necessities (supermarket, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, etc.) can be found within a few minutes' walk around our house. Fresh eggs are available at the farm next door and a small fruit & vegetable market takes place diagonally opposite in the old dairy house every Saturday.

It is close to LMRC (5 mins driving), Miesau Army Depot is only 8 minutes driving or 20 minutes biking and also RAB (10-15 mins, depends on the traffic time. To Kaiserslautern only takes 20 mins by train as well by driving. To Landstuhl only takes 5 mins. Burg Nanstein (castle) in Landstuhl is always nice to be seen.

Due to our idyllic secluded location, the nearest supermarket is a good 5 km away, and the nearest shopping center is about 8 km away.

Vacation apartment in the musicians' house

The builder of this house, Ludwig Jacob, moved like many Mackenbacher into the world to earn a living for his family with his music. In 1906 he was able to build this house in the style of the usual "musicians' houses" here. In 2014 we set up the apartment on one floor and are always happy to welcome guests from all over the world. We also speak English. Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds.
