Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, a living and dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without any problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

An ideal location for hiking or biking and stopping at the huts in the Palatinate Forest. Occupancy is designed for either 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. A large parking space is available in front of the house. You will stay in a listed building from 1900. It offers you the ideal start to explore the Palatinate and the picturesque surroundings on foot, by bike, car or public transport. And at the same time, you live in the city with cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.
