For RENT We, Stephanie & Carlo Ruijters, offer our luxury apartment for families or groups of max 4 people who want to enjoy the peace, hiking, biking or shopping regionally in cities such as Maastricht, Heerlen, Hasselt, Liege or Aachen. Our apartment is in the small neighborhood of Terlinden. A beautiful environment for both active and passive relaxation and centrally located between the large Euregional cities such as Maastricht, Liège, Aachen, Valkenburg and Heerlen.

Space and green surroundings

Our B&B is located on the edge of the forest, close to the historic city of Roermond, Outlet Center and National Park De Meinweg. Feel welcome in our lush garden with sunny terraces. The B&B consists of 2 parts: on the 1st floor of our house we have a bedroom with double bed, a sitting room with sofa bed, a guest bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. In our garden, we have a spacious dining kitchen and an adjoining garden room with wood-burning stove.

In 2019, we completely renovated a part of our monumental farmhouse into a beautiful farmhouse; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies has all the comforts. So you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various homemade products. Due to its location, Hoeve de Bies is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. So you can shop, and experience culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking routes to explore the Heuvelland.

Romantic overnight stay in Bassenge

Relax completely in the garden of this small wellness cottage located on the green hills of Bassenge. Enjoy with 2 in the Jacuzzi, the sauna barrel and the infrared sauna. This cottage is equipped with every comfort. A shower, a toilet, a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, a hairdryer and a double bed. In the garden, you can relax in the hammocks and sun loungers. The lovingly renovated apartment is located in the former carriage hall of an historic building. (approx. 60 sqm) The adjacent park, with rare trees, invites you to take a tour. Here you can find rest and time to relax. Although you are in the middle of nature, it only takes 10 minutes to downtown. The B&B with a story near the Brunssumerheide.

Through a private entrance you enter the kitchen / sitting room. Here you can cook, eat and spend the evening. Here are some original items that were used in the mine. You enter the bedroom through this living room. Behind a comfortable double bed you will see a photo wall of the former Staatsmijn Hendrik. Even the night lights are made from original miners helmets. Behind the bedroom is the bathroom and finally a small private garden .
