"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Mistral is a beautiful seafront villa with garden and direct access to the beach. Practically your own private beach! This 4-person chalet has two bedrooms, one of them with a terrace and spectacular sea views. There is a bathroom, a toilet and a living room/dining room with fully equipped American style kitchen. <br><br>There is private parking behind the house with direct access, and a private garden at the front where you can enjoy the view, sitting under the shade of the trees.

This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator), spanning 30 square meters, situated just a minute away from the beach and next to the castle. The apartment overlooks Rio Street, so it does NOT have sea views from the private balcony. However, you can always enjoy the 'chill out' terrace located on the rooftop, which is accessible to the 6 double-room studios integrated within the building. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.
