Centrally located, part of a boutique hotel in a good neighborhood for accessing the old quarter. Very easy check in and out process and despite being multi-unit, was still private. I would visit this AirBNB again.

My friends and I stayed during the week of Songkran and this place was walkable to lots of fun events and restaurants such as the night markets. The place was very comfortable and clean and the cafe was very convenient to get coffee and breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this place and will be visiting again!

Very cozy and pleasant place near the Warorot market. A large room in Thai style with wooden floor, air conditioning, shower - everything works well. Delicious and hearty breakfast and free bananas, tea, coffee whenever you want. Here for you can organize courses of Thai cooking and active tours. I recommend this place :)

An extraordinary experience at a very local community. The host has recommended some local sight seeing sites and restaurants and prepared breakfast for us every morning. She also has 2 bikes and 1 motorcycle free to be used. I really enjoy our stay there.

Feels like staying in a loft and camping at the same -- spacious room with nice interior touches. There is a tree that gives off a jasmine scent at night. About 30 minutes to walk to the core BUT very easy to order a Grab mototaxi for 50 baht / 7 minutes into town. Glad I stayed here.

This house was a great base for us to explore Nimman and Santitham. Lots of great restaurants to explore in both neighbourhoods. The host lives in the house also but you have your own private on-suite room which is decorated very well, the bed was very comfy and we had a great night sleep. Thank you for your hospitality.

A beautiful and quiet place, just a short 50-meter walk from the main street. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and service-minded. It’s very close to the lovely CMU park and charming streets with local markets and affordable restaurants serving great food. This area is ideal for those seeking a quieter stay away from the usual tourist spots. Note: For those on a workcation, the room lacks a work desk, but there are cafes and a co-working space nearby. A gaming cafe is also just 3-4 minutes away for enthusiasts.

The house is very vintage and beautiful. I like it very much. The housekeeper is very friendly. The breakfast is also very delicious. The room is right next to the school gate next to Chiang Mai University. There are many delicious stalls away from Maya. The main entrance of the room is not on the main road. Wasu & Nick are super welcoming and make you feel right at home. The area is quiet and peaceful with running water birds chirping to calm the mind. Delicious home-cooked breakfasts to choose from each morning. You can tell they care about you feeling accomodated and happy. Would absolutely stay here again. Central Chiang Mai can feel a bit hectic and stressful with all the traffic so this is a nice contrast to that where you can relax before starting the day. Definitely rent a scooter when living here as the trip to central Chiang Mai is 20-25 minutes and taxis might not be available 24/7.

Joy is a wonderful host! She kindly picked us up & dropped us off at our next place. Joy had lots of water for us in the fridge, & put lots of treats & fruit out for us! The location is excellent, and an easy 5 minute walk to Chiang Mai Gate. The hot water & A/C worked great & the Wifi was ok. The bed linens were spotless, but there was a lot of dust around & the floors, toilet & mirrors etc. were quite dirty. I attempted to clean around the rim of the toilet, but it was stained enough I couldn't do it. There was no clutter in the room or the area upstairs where the rooms were, however there was a lot in the kitchen & living room due to the place having no cupboards. Unfortunately I think the large house is such a big job to look after that it's maybe a bit overwhelming for one person to handel.

The couple went above and beyond to make sure I was happy—they are the friendliest and kindest people. The host mostly spoke English during the trip and even offered to take me to incredible places. They are fluent in Chinese and Thai. 10/5 stars! Will miss staying there.

When I booked the room, there was a slight incident because of a problem with the system, but the host responded quickly and communicated smoothly, and helped arrange the pick-up and drop-off, which was very warm.The space in the quadruple room is quite large, very comfortable, I like the healing pattern mat in the bathroom, the bathtub also put the bathtub and the real rose, it was a pleasant surprise to🤩 stay for six days, as long as the sign was hung up, the cleaning staff cleaned every day, and thoughtfully put the clothes on the bed. Drinking mineral water will be charged every day, and it is no problem to temporarily ask for an extra cotton quilt.It was my first time in Chiang Mai and I could stay in such a lovely place.😊

I had an all-around perfect stay in the Glory Suites! The place is modern, very clean and stylishly furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. The location is great, quiet and yet close to everything you want to experience in Chiang Mai. Check-in was straightforward and the host incredibly friendly and helpful. If you like Chiang Mai but you're not a fan of the noise - this place is ideal. The family make you feel like family and the breakfasts are amazing :) Be sure to rent your bike from them as well!

Stayed for a total of three days. Very close to the ancient city of Tha Phae Gate. Very quiet street. The location is relatively good, the food is delicious

our stay was brilliant! surrounded by rainforest and mountains, it was a perfect escape from hot Chiang Mai. Patt has built up gorgeous wooden studios and cabins from second hand wood and windows, and they are absolutely gorgeous, blending in with the jungle surroundings. breakfast was delicious and huge with wild puer tea or yummy coffee. one day we went on a little walk to explore the land behind the buildings and we were taken on a guided walk around the huge piece of land, deep jungle, by Mong who works for Patt. he gave us mangoes and rambai and showed us different plants and mushrooms. as we stayed in the rainy season there were lots of insects desperate to become roommates. nonetheless the studio was clean and relaxing. if you're phobic of insects this might not be the best place to stay. but if you love being surrounded by nature with gorgeous views - this is the perfect place .
