Great place! 20 minutes away from grand bend beach , had a book of local restaurants to try out which really helped ! Hot tub and sauna were a great touch to this getaway! Everything was very clean and it was easy to BBQ. AC included if needed, the tv was great too as it had Netflix on it ! Overall great experience , looks like the pictures and I would recommend to anyone visiting !

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place itself is clean, spacious and has great amenities. Close to Grand Bend so you can visit, but away from the busy atmosphere of it. There is lot of other great stuff in Port Franks and the bikes they make available are a great bonus, as it’s a very bike friendly location and a fun way to get to the beautiful nearby beach, which was definitely the highlight. Would go back for sure and highly recommend to other guests!

Fabulous stay at Ivy cottage. Beautifully appointed and decorated space with indoor / outdoor living space was perfect for our family (5 adults) as a home base for the weekend as we were in the area for a family wedding. Backyard is right on the river with a dock for swimming and nice shaded area to sit by the water on a warm day under the willows. I have high standards and this exceeded expectations - I’d say Ivy cottage was one of the best (well stocked and designed) Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve stayed in unique places all over North America and Europe). Very well stocked kitchen - spices, tea, coffee and lots of little extras like fresh flowers, snacks and water by the bedsides which were a nice touch. You can tell the space is well loved and cared for with meticulous attention. Thank you Cindy - highly recommend to those looking for a relaxing place in the area with a bigger group.

Galyna was an amazing host. The house was spectacular and looked identical to the photos. The surrounding area was beautiful with lots of trees. I definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the Grand Bend area.

I had a wonderful time staying at Maria’s place and exploring the neighborhood, and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Being right on the river was especially lovely, and it was a real treat to meet such a generous, easygoing, and fun-to-talk-to Airbnb host in Maria. The dogs were a joy too!

We recently spend four days here and when I tell you we could easily stay months. This home was full of beautiful and comfortable rooms and an amazing space to spend time with friends and family. We were so upset to leave and we definitely have our minds set on making another time back here in the near future. Our host was kind and thoughtful and very well with communication and we couldn’t have asked for a better time!

We visited the Palms Beach House (main unit) with a large group of adults and children. The house itself was beautiful, modern, new, clean and in an amazing location in Grand Bend! We were able to walk to the main strip and beach in minutes, so it’s in a perfect location. The house has an amazing backyard patio where everyone could BBQ, eat, and hang out with a fire pit. Our host Pam was super responsive and she was very helpful and accomadating to our group’s needs. We can’t wait to visit the Palms Beach House again in the future!

We had a great trip to Maria’s (6 adults 3 1yr olds), the house offers plenty of seating inside and out with enough common area to comfortably fit multiple families. The outdoor area offers lots of shade from both a covered patio and large trees, shallow swimming area has a nice sandy bottom with some protection from waves. A few things to note there is a tenant on the property (separate building) and the dock is shared with him. We only saw him briefly during our stay. One of the queen beds listed is an air mattress rather than an actual bed/mattress. Overall we had a great time and would recommend Maria’s house to anyone looking to visit the area!

This was our third year staying at the Beach House. We had another wonderful vacation. We love the location - so close to the beach, mini golf for the kids, and restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The Beach House has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Doug is a wonderful host. Very responsive and knows the community so well. Thank you!
