We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, the toilet and the kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

The 245 is a comfortable 50 m2 apartment, located on the 1st floor (access by stairs) in the heart of the city center. It has a large bedroom with a 160/200 cm bed. Recently renovated, carefully maintained and carefully cleaned, it offers a high level of comfort (double glazing, quality equipment). Free parking at Place du Barlet, 2-minute walk, or on the street (paid from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Shops, restaurants in the immediate vicinity, train station within 10 min walking distance.

While passing through the area for a weekend or a business trip, pack your bags at the corner of Les Bonnettes. This house close to the city center consists of an equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, 2 large bedrooms upstairs, a pretty terrace and a green garden. You will find hiking trails within walking distance (Bonnettes, walk along the Scarpe...) The train station is just a few minutes walk away and Arras is a 20-minute drive away.

Small house in independent duplex, comfortable, located in the city center, on a one-way street in a residential area. Close to major roads (Douai and Lens 12 minutes away, Lille and Arras 25 minutes away). You can park for free close by. An electric terminal is 50 m away. Accommodation Ideal for taking contests at Gayant expo. Mezzanine with a choice of 160 bed or two beds. The third bed is to be booked extra with mattress and linen of course provided.

"At the foot of the Belfry" - Superb location

Enjoy a charming renovated studio at the foot of the Belfry and the beautiful squares of Arras. With an area of 25 m2 and located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it includes a spacious living area (double bed 160 x 200 cm, connected TV and large storage closet). A snack area is integrated into the kitchen (fridge, stove, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, toaster). The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, hair dryer, towel dryer and toilet.

Beautiful renovated and bright house, located in old Douai near the Chartreuse Museum and close to everything: - 15 min walk to Douai train station - 3-min walk to the Chartreuse Museum - 6 min walk to Douai University - 13 min walk to the belfry - Amazon company 15 min drive and Renault Douai 11 min drive - 6 min drive to Gayant Expo - close to shops: Lidl, Carrefour City, Leclerc, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy etc.

For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.
