Amplia cama de matrimonio (150x190) y cama nido (2 camas de 190x90). Apartamento tranquilo con mucha privacidad. Luminoso y fresco a la vez (mucha claridad a pesar de tener sol por la mañana). Internet fibra óptica, canales internacionales. Disfruta de esta vivienda y aprovecha su excelente ubicación para conocer uno de los pueblos más bonitos (e inexplorados) de la Costa Blanca. La vivienda está decorada con mucho mimo, reformada a conciencia para hacer tu estancia más agradable. Las estancias superiores a 10 días serán consideradas alquiler de temporada conforme Decreto Ley 9/2024 de la Generalitat Valenciana, debiendo firmar contrato de alquiler de temporada. Hay dos anuncios del apartamento en Airbnb, uno con ubicación Playa del Albir y el otro Alfaz del Pi. El apartamento se sitúa en la Playa del Albir y es tal y como en las fotos. No pudimos borrar ninguno de los dos anuncios ya que nos llegaron reservas antes de poder hacerlo. Los dos calendarios están sincronizados con la función de sincronización de Airbnb y revisados manualmente por los propietarios, así que las fechas que se reserven en un anuncio se bloquearán inmediatamente en el otro.
