Very satisfied! Very clean, very well kept, and very comfortable. Best place we both have stayed at. Do highly recommend if you are planning to stay in the area.

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

Jan and Dale's place felt like home. When we arrived we had a nice surprise from them, snacks, a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. The neighborhood felt friendly and it was a 5 minute drive from the beach. They exceeded our expectations and we hope to return soon!

We had a great 2-night stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with thoughtful amenities that made our stay extra enjoyable. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Jesse sent clear check in instructions a day before check in. The app was giving me a glitch and I couldn’t see the rest of the detailed instructions. He sent me a text with all the information which I truly appreciated. The home was very clean. The amenities were great! If you love a bright place this is a great spot. Totally walkable. So glad we stayed here, can’t rate it high enough! The room was perfect - it was spacious and clean and had everything we needed including a kitchen with appliances, wi-fi, and cable tv with every channel, and the bed was super comfy. The building and its facilities are beautiful and clean (loved the vintage elevator) and there’s artistic touches everywhere. The location is great, walking distance to everything if you’re so inclined. The hosts were gracious and met all of our needs, we have already recommended this to my daughter’s in-laws who will be visiting the area soon. We can’t wait to be repeat guests!

I have previously stayed in other homes through AirBnb but I have to say, this was one of the best ones I have stayed at. The hosts are extremely communicative, well organized and friendly. As a group of 12, we had plenty of space to sleep, eat and leave our stuff. On top of it all, the house was beautiful. I highly recommend this location if you are wanting a comfortable and spacious stay. We will certainly be coming back!

I loved staying in this house. It's located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance from the beach, and the space is very clean, cozy, and quiet. I felt so comfortable and got the best night's sleep I've had in a while. Katrina is also communicative and friendly. The only thing to watch out for is street sweeping. I was fortunate to realize right on time. Would absolutely stay here again.

This place is older, but charming and while there were a couple of spots of the home that needed a bit more cleaning, we were felt comfortable. Jaesen is a great host and was responsive to our request. He went out of his way to get us a small kitchen appliance that we really needed and got it to us right away. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and we all felt safe.

Kids enjoyed the playing area and bunk bed.. The front yard and veranda was so good to immerse into the beauty of nature.. Thanks once again !!!

We had a great stay. The house was easy to find and in.a great location. It was very clean and everything was labeled, so the pots, pans, lights,etc.. were easy to access. The only thimg missing was an outdoor seating area to enjoy the sun.

Luis provided a very nice and organized condo to stay at. I needed a place to stay near the Long Beach Convention Center, and this location was ideal! The condo inside was very organized and ready to go. The key fab made the condo feel very private, and I could relax when coming back to sleep. Overall, very nice place and comfortable for staying near the Long Beach Convention Center.
