Enjoy two comfortable double bedrooms, a pull-out sofa in the living room, a bathroom with tub, washer, and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Wifi, bluetooth stereo system (bring your vinyl!), and Smart TV. Enjoy dining and relaxing on the spacious deck with commanding water views, and for the little ones, swinging and sliding on the swing set. Above the garage is a recreation room with a ping pong table as well as a smashing children's playroom filled with toys, board games, puzzles, and books. Whether you are looking for outdoor adventures ranging from hiking, skiing, kayaking to birdwatching, we are close to it all. Then, in the evening, relax at the propane fire table with a glass of wine or build your own fire at the wood firepit (wood provided) and take advantage of the spectacular stargazing. The cabin has a smart TV and high-speed internet provided.

The Lake house

Enjoy the southern exposure, a sugar sand walkout beach, an L-shaped dock, and classic Lake Winnipesaukee construction. The open concept includes a full kitchen and a living room. The spacious bathroom also includes a washer and dryer. It has one private bedroom, and a ships ladder guides you to a loft containing additional sleeping space, with a catwalk to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This property has a detached bunkhouse with two full-sized beds and a ¾ bath.

It's one thing to be right downtown in beautiful Wolfeboro, but add being right on the water w/your own porch, as you look over Wolfeboro Bay. Always something beautiful in front of you. This was my personal unit for a couple of years. It's fully equipped with a brand new bathroom lrg. tile shower, full kitchen, 55" UHD TV, Hi-Speed Internet, new Split System AC is comfy & quiet & a lrg. sectional couch that'll sleep-2 very comfortably. Lake living at its finest.

Centrally located to Tamworth, North Conway, Ossipee, Center Harbor, and Madison (all within a 30 minute drive). Plenty of shopping and skiing, as well as quick access to the lakes and hiking trails. Less than 5 minutes from both the Preserve at Chocorua and Public House on Page Hill. We do have a dog and 2 cats on the premises.
