Vacation rentals with lake access in Lake Titicaca

She was delighted and very grateful to Gonzalo and with the stay. Regarding Gonzalo is a very communicative, assertive and friendly host, from the reservation he contacted me about some suggestion, at the time of receiving us and during the stay he was on the lookout if we needed anything. (From helping us to order a safe taxi, tourist suggestions in the area, etc.) in short, he and his family are nice people. About the stay a very comfortable and welcoming place had all the amenities it offered and needed for a good stay.

The hosts were very welcoming. They picked us up from the port, very responsive by message when we had any questions. The view is splendid (especially for the sunrise). And the little bonus: the catering service and the quality/quantity of the food was perfect! Thanks very much Edwin and Ruben!

Very welcoming family, all family members participated in the quality of our stay. The family runs a small business to buy the necessities (water, cake...). We felt like family, with the bracelet workshop and board games after the meal. They look out for their guests. I would highly recommend it!

I highly recommend staying in the Uros Islands at this lodge. The views from the bed and sofa are breathtaking. A nice place to read, relax and explore the floating islands. The accommodation is extrmenely clean, comfortable and the host will make sure you will not get cold. The meals that are additionally purchased is beautifly presented and delicious. The host and local family are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Clean apartment and very well located near the Plaza de Armas. Good communication with the host.

Nice place with a lake view, very close to the Main Square of Puno. It was super clean, which was extremely pleasant. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, as well as bathroom. The host also offers guided tours in the lake, which was nice and easy to organize. Thanks :)

Great spot next to the plaza. Jesus was easy to communicate with and he accommodated me early in the morning as I got there on a late night bus. Which I really appreciated. The apartment itself was cozy with a heater and was well equipped and comfortable with hot water. Stairs were not a problem for me but you definitely are breathing hard by the time you get to the apartment.

We had a great time in this apartment. Big positive point: the brightness and the sun that warms the living room all day. The views of Puno and Lake Titicaca don't spoil anything! A big thank you to David who picked us up at the bus terminal and took us back there. He was very available throughout our stay. I recommend it!

I felt very comfortable in the apartment and with my incredibly welcoming, friendly host from the start. Great location just a short walk from the lake, close to shops and restaurants but very quiet for a decent night’s rest. Janet was a great host who was more than willing to help with all of my questions and requests. The apartment had everything I needed. I would 100% stay again and recommend to my friends.

So beautiful here! Lake Titicaca is the first thing you see out of bed in the morning. Somewhat difficult to reach, but it's worth it. Right for those who want a little peace and quiet and no mass tourism. The food is very nice and plentiful. Guido and his family are super nice and helpful. :)

We had an amazing two-day stay at Lake Titicaca with Gloria and Omar. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help and made us feel right at home. The room was spacious, spotless, warm, and had a stunning lake view. Meals were delicious and generous, and they organized everything for us perfectly—including a wonderful tour of the Uros Islands with Omar, who shared so many interesting stories and traditions. It was a beautiful, authentic experience. Highly recommended!

Let's go. What kind of trip are you looking for? Do you want a tourism with a lot of local culture and cuisine? This is the right place. Do you want luxury? It's not here. The accommodation is simple and meets expectations. Some rooms overlook the lagoon, I think it's worth asking beforehand if the room you'll be staying in will have a view. The shower doesn't get very hot and sometimes there's not much water, but it's worth the experience. The food is excellent and local, they cook for a fixed amount per meal. They also arrange some tours for you and explain everything about the local culture. It's worth it!

Staying here in Amantani was more wonderful than we ever expected! Luis didn't just act as host, but also as tour guide, and good friend. He made us feel right at home. The house was beautiful and cozy, with many touches of Quechua lifestyle including alpaca wool sheets! Also hosting was Luis's mother, Fernanda, who was the sweetest abuela one could ever meet. Her cooking was just as delightful as her presence in the home. Overall this was a perfect homestay experience and we would love to stay again.

We had a great time at Juana's place. Peaceful moments, quiet. Juana is an exceptional host: welcoming, kind, she communicates very well (even if our Spanish is very average). We followed Juana in her everyday activities and she offered us other activities. On top of all that, the food is very good at Juana's!! Thanks again! We recommend 100%!

We enjoyed an incredible 2 night stay at Nelio’s. The room was very spacious and smelled incredibly nice. It takes about 20 minutes from the kalapajra harbor to the accommodation. We had both breakfast and dinner, which was good and with vegan option. The room can get quite cold during the evening/night, but there is a gas heater available and the beds are covered with lots of blankets. The beds were also very comfortable. We booked a tour to taquile Island through Nelio and were able to pay for everything by card. Overall an unforgettable stay.

I would highly recommend a stay at Walther's place to anyone traveling in Peru. It was a wonderful way to wind down and relax in peaceful and beautiful setting.
