This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. The property is on the Lakeside of HWY 28 of Lake Tahoe yet not lake front. Peaceful street steps to the lake with filtered views from the sunny deck. No need to drive anywhere this suit is located next to great restaurants, mini golf and casinos are right up the road. There is no AC.

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.

Our place is close to Tahoe City & several ski areas (Homewood, Alpine & Palisade). In a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Sunnyside. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, & families (with older kids- not toddler proof). There is a new Bear queen bed, comfy bunk bed & a couch that folds in to a single bed. Stroll down to Sunnyside for dinner, Firesign for brunch or to the private Tahoe Park Beach down the street!
