Vacation rentals with beach access in Lake Sutherland

This was a wonderful place to stay a couple nights in a great location on the hill. Loved it and hope to come back.

Beautiful and Pristine place. We were here to celebrate our anniversary and do the bioluminescence tour at port gamble. I would love to come back. The garden is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking. Christine was a wonderful host. We had no issues at all. The kitchen and the bathroom were all well stocked. They have great collection of books as well, for someone who likes reading.

Wish we were staying longer! Great value compared to local area. Rebecca and her family were very welcoming and we couldn’t have wished for anymore. Stunning property, very spacious, perfect location. 5* would recommend to all. Thanks for a lovely stay. Daniel

This home offers the best of what Airbnb can be - the host is close by but you have plenty of privacy, thoughtful extras like fruit and other provisions, and a unique and beautiful space. Our group of four adults and one toddler had plenty of space and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset. I hope to stay again someday.

Cynthia’s house was perfect for us. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. It was quiet and so peaceful there. The molasses cookies that was left for us were delicious and so thoughtful!! We had a 4 hour delay with rental car issues, I messaged Cynthia to let her know it would be very late before we arrived.. she was so understanding and kind and left the light on for us . She responded quickly and gave me several good recommendations for our trip in the area. I would recommend Cynthia’s home to anyone!! And I would definitely stay with Cynthia again.

Great location in downtown near plenty of shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Passive heat with stand-up fans made the first few hours rather cold, but once warmed up it was fine. Too many codes to remember made it a bit cumbersome on first attempt. Title confusing calling it a 1 BR, then later on showing as studio. Overall, it was very comfortable to stay. Parking was hit or miss as to how close you could get since it is downtown.

We had a lovely time staying on Discovery Bay -they have a beautiful home with great views !I If you are looking to stay in the area or visit Olympic national Park, this is a great option!

Breck's place was peaceful and the view was beautiful and we enjoyed evening walks to the beach. Breck was responsive when we needed him and attentive to needs. Thanks Breck!

What a great house and responsive, helpful host! I would definitely recommend this home to others. The house is across the street from the water and a rocky beach, and the living room/kitchen windows look out onto the water. The sunsets are beautiful! The area leading to the home does have a few mobile homes and such, but the house itself is cute, well appointed, and very comfortable. There were some snacks waiting for us, which our big kids (17 y.o. and 24 y.o.) enjoyed. They also spent hours roaming the shoreline looking at pretty shells and rocks. Great place!

We had an excellent stay at this property in Port Angeles! It was clean and very quiet! We loved sitting on the back deck listening to the creek…and the welcome cookies were SO good! (We even stopped by the market on the way out to town to get more!) The tall ceilings and abundant windows really made the cabin feel spacious and inviting! We will definitely return to this property when we return to Port Angeles.

Great location for our visit to Olympic National Park! Enjoyed fresh, local seafood from a nearby meat/fish market. Chris was an excellent communicator, enhanced by friendly neighbors with advice and oversight of property. Loved the cottage space! Could only have been improved with a box of tissues (kleenex) and a dish drain. Even with the challenge of a mal-functioning keypad, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean upon arrival and the views were spectacular. The deck on the lake is quite large and provides for ample space to enjoy being out by the lake plus toys for water activities. It was definitely a trip to remember and very pleased with the overall experience!

This was our second stay at Amela’s Airbnb, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The house is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers stunning views that we never get tired of. The easy beach access made it perfect for taking long walks by the water, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our kids had an amazing time too, making it a fun and relaxing trip for the whole family. We truly love this place and would absolutely love to come back again!

Wow! What a view! And the host was so kind! He took the time to answer several questions and even called us! Saw eagles, seals! The changing views because of the tide are so interesting! Parking isn’t the easiest, but very doable. The local restaurant was delicious at breakfast! About an hour and a half from Hurricane Ridge mountain range, but the scenery to and from is stunning!

Our stay at "The Beach Place" was nothing short of incredible. The house itself is amazing, beautifully decorated with every comfort you could wish for, and the views are simply breathtaking. We especially appreciated how comfortable the beds were – a true home away from home feeling. What truly set this Airbnb apart were the hosts, who were absolutely amazing! They offered fantastic suggestions for local restaurants and provided wonderful amenities. We can’t recommend “The Beach Place” enough - it is a definite must!

My friend and I were looking for a place to relax over a long weekend. I also wanted to get out on the water and walk on the beach. This place was perfect for us! We were a block off the beach, situated on a canal, and could walk to the beach easily. The hot tup was just perfect for chilly mornings and after a long paddle. The bedrooms were comfy. The kitchen was roomy and had what we needed. The living room was perfect for watching a movie after dinner. And the fenced yard made me and my pup very very happy. Would totally stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay and would have loved to remained there longer. We will definitely return to the are and to Helene's place. Could not have been happier.

Great little weekend getaway. We throughly enjoyed using the grill, fire pit and hot tub!

being steps from the water was magical, especially falling asleep to the sound of waves outside the window— it was very comfortable and spacious and a great place to use as a homebase for a weekend of exploring Whidbey Island!
