The house had everything you need. It is a house where you can go with a group of friends and have fun and also have a very nice holiday. The pool was clean and perfect for 6 people. Playgrounds were also very good in terms of offering alternatives. We are very happy to have stayed in this house with 6 friends, we left the house saying that we will definitely come again:) We would also like to thank Mr. Ümit for his quick responses to our questions and his helpful attitude.

With its spacious and green garden, the general structure of the house combined to create a very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. With its silence and serenity, it was a truly ideal place for those looking for a peaceful holiday. Being close to shopping points also provided great convenience in terms of daily needs. We had no problems with the cleanliness of the house; everything was clean. Wi-Fi was strong, kitchen and other basic equipment were also more than sufficient. Since we came with our own car, the private parking lot in front of the house was also a great advantage for us. The neighborhood was generally both calm and safe. It's just that the pool being thermal can be a little overwhelming in hot weather; it's worth noting for those who care about such details. In addition to all this, the host was very friendly and caring; he contacted us and helped us whenever we needed. In general, we were very happy with everything, we recommend it with peace of mind.

Hello, we would like to thank Mr. Semih, who took care of us during our stay. He thought of everything and prepared it beforehand. From barbecue charcoal to the fire pit and most importantly, the pool was warm. We would like to thank Mr. Yavuz Selim, who offered a clean and complete accommodation. I highly recommend it to those who want to have a calm, peaceful and free holiday.

Everything was very nice, Mr. Ümit took care of us very well, he helped us when we were short, he answered our questions, we would definitely go to a place again, thank you for everything.

We went as 6 friends and had a great time. First of all, I would like to open a parenthesis to Ms. Yesim, she was very kind and very caring. He also created flexibility for check-in, and I thank him. He met us at the entrance, showed us around the house, and explained everything from the garden to the lights. The house is very clean, very useful and very decorative, the kitchen is complete, the garden is magnificent, and the winter garden is great for cold weather. The pool heating was on, especially after dark, the lighting and ambiance are great. There are other villas nearby, but we had no problems, the garden is very private and large. It's definitely a place we'd like to go back to.

A beautifully designed house. The adjacent sunroom meets all your needs. There's no need to go in and out of the house. It has a kitchen and meets all your needs. Phone lines are not good, it would be better if the Wifi is strengthened a little more. There were interruptions and it was very slow when too many people were connected. This may be the only point of criticism.

The support you provided during the Müge holiday was excellent. The house and amenities were very good. We felt like we were in the comfort of our home. See you again on another vacation💕🙏

well-maintained, beautiful surroundings, nice and friendly workers, wonderful ane clean swimming pool etc, everything was perfect. We had such a good time. Thank you so much :) * just a few helpful feedbacks - In a few bathroom, hooks for clothes/towels weren't fixed well. Need to be fixed - There was a filter coffee problem, so a staff tried to fix it and brought it to us. But found that it still doesn't work properly. Need to be changed or sth - There weren't proper cooking knives and scissors. For visitors who plans to cook inside, cooking knifes and scissors are to be set.

The apartment was very nice and as shown in pictures. It can even stay 4 families with 2 children without a problem. Didn't like the kitchen. Can only recommend it.

The place was peaceful and relaxing. Hussein was a great help. Great pool And garden. The patisserie we visited was amazing for the cakes. A short drive to the lake and restaurants. Will visit again.

Now that I'm on my way back, I wanted to comment on the hot weather. We went to Geyikli Köske with a large group of children. Everything we might need in the house was thought of, it was very clean. The barbecue area, playground, garden were very pleasant. Mr. Birol, who takes care of the house, was very kind and caring. We thank him and his team very much. We are leaving the Geyikli mansion very happy, we are planning our next trip.

The twin villa is a very useful and well-furnished structure for a rented one. Everything you see in the photos and mentioned in the descriptions is available. Cleanliness is well above the standard compared to hotels or similar rentals. We went as 3 families, we had a very fun weekend with our 4 children aged 8-10. We thank Ms. Havva and her father, and hope to see them again at the first opportunity.

Our stay at the Villa was great ! The lake view was spectacular. We truly enjoyed the private patio on the lake , it was a special experience that set this Villa apart from others we have stayed at before . The Villa was extremely clean and had all necessities.Every room had a Bathroom and AC which was really convenient for us. The pool was heated and we were able to enjoy it during the day and at night . Barbecue and firepit were well equipped. Host was very friendly and replied to all my questions. Overall we had a great family experience and would definitely repeat our visit . highly recommend.

We rented a place through this application for the first time, the owners of the villa, father, son, very polite, and humble. We got an immediate answer to all our questions. Even though the weather was rainy, the pool was so hot that we could get in even in the evening. The rooms are immaculately spacious and definitely one of the best if you are going to keep them on the sides of Kartepe. They really deserve the money you give to the fullest. It's been our favorite place.

We came from Istanbul and had a magnificent day with family children and friends in Terra house. First of all, the hosts, Mr. Salih and his wife are very valuable, kind and friendly people ; they welcomed us very warmly and answered our questions sincerely, their house was already one of the most beautiful villas I went to in terms of visual architecture and comfort, so I travel a lot because of my work; every corner was furnished with pleasure, the garden is very spacious , the pool has an incredibly warm and never cold system even under the rain. The children did not leave the pool, my daughter cried from the house when she left🫠; we would have liked to stay for at least 3 days if we did not have a time problem one day, we 🤍 now have a place for our next trip to Sapanca 🙏🏻

It was a great villa, I'm sure it would be better with crowded groups. Everything was perfect. Maybe the pool could have been a little cleaner. Other than that, it's a house that will always be on the list

I had an amazing stay at this chalet — truly unforgettable days. The view is absolutely breathtaking, even more stunning in person than in the photos. The place itself, from the decor to the furniture, exceeded all expectations. Everything was beautifully arranged and incredibly comfortable. Definitely an experience worth repeating!

I travel a lot and by far this was the most pleasant experience, the hostess was extremely welcoming, friendly and generous, I felt like being with my family, she took care of things for us out of her kindness, the place was so clean, the best swimming pool , it was heated and filled with fresh water , we really had a great time swimming with our baby, they also provided all the essentials i needed for my baby, they served a lovely delicious breakfast every morning, I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us , we are looking forward to stay again with them and tell our family and friends to come as well ❤️❤️❤️

A great place in a central location:) There is both a natural gas fireplace, air conditioning and underfloor heating. Even just the underfloor heating was enough. She runs a very sweet family. They are incredibly understanding and smiling. You can go to the grocery store on foot. But by car, you can reach the street with big markets and cafes in 2 minutes. Highly recommended :)
