The seaside house is meant for a romantic getaway with a wide array of space (50m2). The big windows of the beach house help you admire the sea view right from the bed. The sand beach, hot tub, and plumbing sauna are just 40m long, with amazing view of the ocean and starry sky. In the dark, it has the light from the wooden lights of siles in the garden. A beach house is a private house, but situated on the same property as the family's summerhouse, but you don't live there when you're renting out your space. Both houses are confined and have a private memento.

On the vast grounds of the farm property, it is possible to walk along the river and disconnect from the worries of everyday days. For an additional fee, it is possible to relax in a hot tub with led lighting and bubbles along the river or in a wood-burning sauna with an amazing view of the Põltsamaa river

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
